It Has Been Weeks Since My Order Had Arrived At Aramex, They Didn't Even Send Me A Sms To Pay For Custom Tax, I Had To Make A Follow Up About My Orders So That They Can Send The Email If Only I Wouldn't Have Done Surely I Would've Been Wondering Even Today, I Paid For Tax But Still I'm Still Waiting &&They Told Me That I Will Get My Orders Next Week It's Been Two/Three Weeks Now Since My Orders Have Arrived At Aramex. For Me To Know About My Orders I Have To Call So That I Can Know What's Happening.

It was supposed to be shipped on 21th of September 2021 on 22th the courier told me he did an accident and lost the shippment I called aramex a lady told me its not true your shippment will be shipped tomorrow 23rd of September the delay caused me a huge problem and financial losses then after following up with aramex she admitted at the end that they lost my shippment their solution was to compensate me with 6.5 $ so its really funny after all the problems they caused me and the letter they lost with confidential information

Hello. Ever since the beginning of the year, the service of Aramex in kuwait has been abysmal, as well as the offices in Tokyo Japan and Malaysia. Any shipment I order, and most of the time they are multiple shipments at a time for both locations, are always delayed by more than a month since it arrives to the origin office, until it's either delivered to me or I go and collect it. A current shipment on it way now arrived to tokyo office on the 16th of August, and was lost to the people there, and only entered my account after 2 weeks, on the first of september. That's a clear indication of abysmal work. Another shipment entered my account on the 31st of august, and till ow it didn't leave the office there, which makes me fear what kind of delay that might happen to the other 4 shipment available in my account. All of this is nothing compared to the terrible service that is happening in aramex kuwait. Their reasoning is they are locating to a new warehouse and too much work, plus problems with the customs. Why would an air shipment take upto five days to be cleared from the airport? Does sorting a shipment take up-to a whole month? Is that what we as customers should expect from you, with all the history of great service you provided us through the years? I call the service call center daily, and send requests daily inquiring about the shipments, and there is no satisfactory response from them except the inquiry has been escalated. You need better employees that. An troubleshoot the problems we are facing. They don't even respond in time to any inquiry, and don't solve any problems. I am sorry to say, but the service is crap. The operations division in kuwait is terrible and needs an overhaul. And after all that, you don't even try to appease the customers by discounts or offers or anything. You expect us to eat a dirt sandwich and just shut up and take the indignity you subject your customers to. Please do better. Other countries like egypt, people get their shipments in less than a week from shipping from origin country. Are you telling me that kuwait has more work than egypt? And COVID is really an excuse now. An example of what I am talking about is attached for your reference. See the dates and you will get what I am talking about.

The company did not deliver on its promise For 5 to 9 day delivery But what happened is that thill today I didn't receive the shipment the shipment was handed to the company on the 17/08/2021 And to day is 06/09/2021 I paid extra 45$ So i can receive it within 10 days maximum but now almost 22 day and wow guess what I didn't receive it I am waiting for the company response for the refund

It has been 6 days since my shipment was out for delivery and I never received it, courier either never contacts me or calls too late. On September 1st I've visited one of the offices in salmiya and she said that the problem was it went to the wrong place which was solved by rewriting the address again. Since then same excuses are given and the customer service are doing nothing but repeating the same thing every call/complain. All I want is to receive my shipment which is the least I can ask for.

Its end me up with FRUSTRATION when everyday ive been following up call and email to ARAMEX MALAYSIA to clear my URGENT DOCUMENTS which stuck at MALAYSIA KLIA CUSTOM for clearance since 27.08.20201

NO EFFORTS AND URGENCY from the customer service team TO EXPEDITE THE DELIVERY even i have following up with the team everyday since 28.08.2021

THIS IS THE WORST EVER SERVICE WHEN ARAMEX CLAIMS THEIR SERVICE IS SAFE AND FAST

KINDLY TAKE ACTION TOWARDS THIS COMPLAINT AND CLEAR SHIPMENT ASAP, AS MY DOCUMENTS IS VERY URGENT TO SEND TO THE OFFICE WITHIN 7 DAYS

Amazon order number Order # [protected] and Tracking ID: [protected] [CaseReference:BOM/0921/291] You are one of the worst courier service who don't know how to handle customers, don't understand the process properly with untrained useless customer care and wasting our precious time asking the same questions and same documents repeatedly. please return the consignment back and I will complain about the stupid process and useless customer care to your CEO and Senior Management. If such people were there in my company they would have been kicked out by this time as they are not able to meet the customer needs and worst customer satisfaction.

Sender has submitted all docs, consignee has submitted all docs and inspite asking the same stupid queries to the customer and harassing. I will write a stinker that people get discouraged to use this courier service.

ARAMAX AWB # [protected] AND [protected]. These two shipments were reached Riyadh airport on 30 Jun'21. Aramex asked us to provide copy of CR, Invoice and AL number. we provided these documents on first week of July'21. as of today, these two shipments are not cleared and delivered by ARAMEX. we call everyday, we sent several requests/complaints but no positive/official response from ARAMEX staff in Riyadh. what i need to do to get my items. is there any number in USA where i can complaint about ARAMEX services? i always received an email after submitting this form that someone will contact me but since two months no one contact us. Please advise? it is getting frustrated.

I haven't receive my package, aramex re scheduling my shipment without notifying me, i put a schedule where i can receive my package and convenient for me, but no one contacted me on the expected date and time of arrival. Now, how can they possibly send me this package? I have work now in the morning and i'll be at home by the evening, my schedule is changing, they should not delay packages where its convenient for them and not for their costumers. Costumers should be the priority because they are the reason why the company still existing. So disappointed with aramex services. Really disappointed.

Dear Aramex,

Our account with Aramex is 116639 in Saudi Arabia and are in business with you for past 6 years.
Usually we have daily pickups for Aramex and was going smoothly. But from past 3-4 days no pickup is made and we keep sending emails for which no effective actions are taken. Currently the shipments are piled up for pickup now. We need an immediate action on this regard.

The envelope with important documents picked up from Dubai Business Bay on 16th Aug 2021 hasn't reached India as yet . It's been 10 days . I have mentioned it's Important documents . This is so unprofessional. And there is no revert on the online complaints registered multiple times on the aramex site!

I am writing here with sheer disappointment,
few days back,
I got a package which contains protein shakers from one of the leading company in the market. The shaker company has been distinct with their design to get close to Grenade as their brand name. The staff here in Qatar is not cooperating with me at all which caused me a decision to close my account due to the way the are investigating with me. I had sent them pictures,
invoices and details descriptions about the product,
but the staff here insist this shaker cannot be sent without even give it a second thought. Also,
I wanted to bring that to their mind,
I had ordered the same product on Feb7,
2018. And I am using this shaker which had been shipped without complications. So seeking your kind intervention with the guy who is handling this case because as I am feeling he is treating this as a personal issue to him. Aramex failed to deliver my shipment despite various calls and Twitter messages to their customer service representative. They kept making false promises which can be witnessed from the attached pictures. My shipment number is [protected] and I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com

My name is Jobin m. I went to Alkhuwair Muscat branch to send an official document to Kerala, India and they gave a tracking number [protected] and i was tracking the shipment but when the person received it was empty cover. I informed this to Muscat but their response was not satisfactory! How can we trust you if you behave like this? How can i get original document? What compensations you give for my loss? Hello, I have been sending to Aramex international for more than four months, without any assistance, I have 3 shipments I payed already for in Shein China, but I did not receive them here in Egypt for more than four months and I have tried to contact ARAMEX Egypt, but unfortunately they are not doing anything or even picking up the phone! So I'm really disappointed from your service and I want my money back or sending me my shipments! Urgent because I will keep raising complaints everywhere attaching all the previous complaints until someone get back to me, because really you have the most badly service in!

I have payed for ARAMEX and SHEIN for all my previous shipments really a lot of money and they keep talking advantage of people who really pay! Need someone to contact urgent or otherwise I have more than 100 k followers on my channel I will really talk about everything happened with me honestly from Aramex international and local !'

Demanding Additional Charges with our any Bill

and holding the consignment without any reasons. Even I am ready to pay the additional charges against proper bill

I have a complaint about the aramex services here in saudi arabia delay deliver already 3days to contact me but he call and then he turn off after I answered, three time he make and I call back he make it busy my call. And i call also the customer service but he answered okay i follow up but nothing happen. I'm so very disappointed happen to me. I hope you do action happen like this your franchise. My shipment was in Aramex warehouse on August 6 and I checked the tracking system they have on the 10th they said delivery on the way but I never receive it next day I got a tracked it to but it says we contact the customer customer is not available which is a lie do you never contact me or called me I called them next day and they said they have a problem with the driver I asked the operator to talk to the managerTalk to me and she said your shipment still in the warehouse is this the way around this deal with customers please tell me thank youAnd how come shipment coming from China took about four days and in Kuwait now it's about five days to reach the customer how come thank you
