Good morning, I have a shipment and I have not received it from 15.7.2021 until now. It has not moved to Dubai. It is still in the Aramex office in Dubai Rashidiya branch.(local delivery) It has not moved. Please help. Customer service has been contacted in Dubai and there is no response or solution. I got an sms on the 2nd July stating my parcel will be delivered within 72hours, days passed by, weeks again nothing except no one seems to have known a lady called Sne at Richards bay called me saying did I receive my parcel unfortunately no, she gave me a drivers number Themba, I called him he said there's no parcel here for me I got confused coz when they track it, it says it's on its way to my place, no calls received nor feedback again I tried all platforms calls and messaging but now no one is attending to my issue. I'm so pissed and frustrated because I've used Aramex for years I never came across such poor service. I want my parcel and I'm tired of waiting. Or else I open a case against this Aramex, I'm trying to make a living a little business that I do now this No❗️

I am writing a compaint about the customer service i received today feom aramex . I have an order number [protected]
When aramex sent me on whatsapp how do want to receive your package either by delivery or you or receiving it from a branch, i chosed the delivery option in the beganning but they texted me that it will take a long time and i need it before eid. So i called
the customer service and ask her if receiving the package from the branch can be faster and she said yes, you can receive it within 24 hrs from now. I said great, please sumbit a request for me so i can receive it the other day and she did that. After 24 hrs i called aramex, another customer service said you will not receive it within 24 hrs! And only after 3 or 4 days! Why is every customer service employee saying different thing!l this is unprofessional and dishonest!

This is to bring your kind attention that one of my very important document with tracking # [protected] got wrongly delivered. I send bahrain to India kerala address delivery showing in New Delhisame other address. Requesting you to investigate and support to redirect the delivery to the correct address early as possible.
Many time I call and complain I am. Not get any response not yet

Immensely disappointed that I had very bad experience from one of your call center agents, he is stating that they do not have any responsibility of wrong delivered document and asking me to chase with Aramex India office for the document !

We would highly appreciate personal intervention and support.

I send two bottles of chili's paste to Brunei from 2/7/2021 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia then Reach Brunei 19/7...1st it been take very long time only reach then the big problems is when my friend open the box only left one btl and the BTL was get open from someone or look like the ingredients only left half at the BTL!... Aramex service is too bad! this is 1st time I come to Aramex company post thing then will be the last time in my life! bad service!...

Shipement no-45808119851 from riyadh to jeddah still not delivered 4 days already past, it is heving very important documents and very urgent.I am dr mohammad rashid siddiqui working as child specialist in security forces medical center(ministry of interior)jeddah, saudi arabia.Really i am very much disappointed with such irresponsible and lazy services by aramex corier.I requestyou to kindly resolve the matter as soon possible

The delivery boy messaged me, then I sent to him the address to where he will send my parcel, minutes ago he messaged me again like 3mins he's there already and I replied thank you. He's calling me but since I got patient I didn't attend his calls because I'm in my work(different branch) then he messaged me he gave my parcel to different location. He didn't follow the exact location I gave to him. I messaged him and called but he said he's in different location already. How many time I told to him to get my parcel from there and give my parcel to the address I gave to him but still he don't like. A terrible service!

No good aramex, 10 days more not delivery

Asked for my address to be changed 3 times, poor driver drove to the before address due to the incompetence of the people working there. I emailed 3 people never got back to and also called twice and they said they changed it but only to find out they didnt

They are quick to respond when money is involved but for actual help BULL

The driver is nice enough to put pressure on them to deliver to the correct address by next week

Other couriers actually pay attention to you and hear you, unlike aramex

I don't understand how they are still running with all these reviews 😕😕😕

please to request you to avoid INITIAL or ABBREVIATION so we can understadn fully and if you have SAMPLE of documents you are requesting will help us. We can not guess what you want exactly as "A/L" may have so many meaning / very BROAD/WIDE.

Hi, this is Ahyeon Lee.
I had bad experience from your service. So I'm writing for complain.
I don't know specific company address, I have the information only as Aramex Couriers NZ.
I attached the documents, please check it.
I had some problem to collect my parcel with the person in charge of my parcel.
Her name is Shy and her Run # is Run85 following the message that I attached.
Actually, it was alright there was miscommunication between me and her.
But, I really don't understand how she works unofficially. This is first time that I got the text from delivery company such as "Whos this", "i havent txt you to pick it up yet". I can understand if there was some problem of my parcels, however, in the situation of poor customer service, I don't really think I want to use this company again. I feel it could be shown they ignore their guests. For today, she could reply me like "Can I get your name first? Your parcel is not ready to pick up. You can receive the message when your parcel is arrived at collecting place". I hope I can feel happy when I receive my parcels.

I ordered from Shein on the 25th of May 2021 and till to date, I haven't received my order, I don't know if its lost or what, I've phoned and emailed aramex but NOTHING! everytime I call aramex, they tell me it is still in customs, but when I track it it say it has been cleared from customs, I don't know whats happening and I don't know if I'll ever get it, I went there on the 1st of July n no one helped me, they took the tracking number and left me standing there, I have things I need to use this week, but still no delivery, today is the 9th of July 2021, and I don't know where my order is. I never want to receive my parcel through aramex ever!

I placed an order from ASOS. As the shipment earlier had a wrong contact number and the person couldn't contact me I rescheduled a delivery with the correct number visiting their branch office in Deira City Centre on 22nd June. I have shared my address and contact number multiple times every single day since that say and I get a response that i will receive my shipment the next day. Every day when I check the status its reflecting as Shipment at Um Rammol branch for Pick up. I have not requested for a pick up. I have always requested for a delivery and they are unable to update one thing that has been repeatedly told to them since a week. Its such a task to get my shipment even after multiple follow ups. I have again called the customer service 5 today 27.06.2020 and they are still havn't received my shipment. I cannot be calling aramex the whole day keeping my work aside. the delay in my shipment is causing me a delay to check my order and delay in any returns. Aramex has really bad service. They have troubled me for one shipment.

I sent a shipment from Aramex Egypt to Spain since February and it was a night I paid all the fees and Aramex didn't inform ups and my parcel lost please no manager here employees are losers I need help
I sent thé parcel at February and the shipment delayed because of system problems and then I paid for the whole fees and Aramex didn't inform or update that I paid the whole feels to the middle company UPS and now the shipment now in lost and found in Germany and no one reply Especially the employee Ayat Ali and his manager Mohamed Issa I call every single day and every day the front office reply they will get back to me wz update or resolution but no one call me back
