Aramex International My packages always get rescheduled

Everytime I have packages delivered via aramex.

What happens is that the driver never attempts to deliver the package. He never arrives at my house, never rings the door bell, never calls now this has happened to three of my packages.

Some of these packages have products that spoil under hot conditions so I cant afford to have them days in drivers car with him driving all around in this heat until they spoil Everytime I have contacted aramex they did nothing accept send me a survey to fill so they can better their service.

Aramex International About aramex services

I sent parcel on the 20th July 2022 at pick n pay savanna mall polokwane to northern cape kathu.. Then when try tracking it.. Ait says parcel not yet received by aramex polokwane office. Then I called polokwane aramex office they told that that parcel was lost 'n they have launched an complain to head office which was yesterday the 26th July then today when I tried calling polokwane aramex office they ve blocked my number.. Please help to resolve this matter cause now my business is stuck due to that parcel. My customers are losing faith n they don't trust me again thinking I'm a fraud while is failing me

Desired outcome: Please refund or retrieve my parcel.

Aramex does not care about customer service...they are fine with drivers stealing our packages and then hiding behind terms and conditions...how do u run a successful business as "enter or use at own risk".

Why are your drivers not signing for each and every way bill they collect from retailers so we can pinpoint where he parcel got lost coz when they collect it they should be taking ownership.and responsibility for it. BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE TIMES FROM ONLINE CHAT

Aramex International Rider refused to deliver at my location in Abu Dhabi

Hi,

Again problem from Aramex side!

First of all they contacted me after 1 week of my shipment receiving at ARAMAEX DUBAI.

Then rider refused to deliver at my location 😣😣 it's look like that I am living on MARS not in UAE..

Then what does meaning of delivery would be?

Aramex International [protected]

Your aramex guy doesn't know how to speak with a customer this is my shipment number [protected].my shipment is around 5:00p.m to 6:00p.m.on 23/06/2022.But your guy called around 5:40or 5:45 he asked you are here are what?I told him please wait me for 10to 15 mins but he refused to stay.5:55 p.m I came to my location and called him only recorded voice is coming after 5 mins I got the contact to him.he replied that he cannot wait for me his duty time was over.what the [censored]ing guy .just please terminate him his way of approach was not upto the level. I have to go and collect my consignment.what a shameful act

Aramex International Threatening to transfer to Government Warehouse

After complaining to Aramex South Africa for taking incredibly long to deliver a parcel ([protected]) with no movement since the 9th, she had the nerve to tell me that she will be transferring the parcel to the government ware house with no explanation why she is doing this. And then she tells me to contact my supplier for a refund. I honestly can not believe what just happened!

Desired outcome: I requested return-to-sender and refund but after this she threatened to have the parcel transferred to the government warehouse

Aramex International Never got the parcel but the tracking history is saying it's beem delivered

Items bought from Amazon. I never had any problems with other couriers except for Aramex.

Customer service not replying for the past few days.

If I had known that Aramex would be delivering my order, I would have chosen not to order instead.

Aramex International Legal notice document not delivered

I had an important legal notice which was to be couriered by Aramex. I filled out all the forms and gave them all the contact details etc. I believed this to be the end of it and the Notice would get delivered, if not Aramex would advise me.

To my shock i found out after 10 months that the notice had not actually been delivered and Aramex had not even informed me about this.

I tried to speak to them first thing they said is a Makani no is needed (was not asked for when i filled out the forms) full address was given.

Then they lied and said they tried to contact me, no evidence of this, then no receipt was provided to me.

Bottom line is my very important document was not delivered nd Aramex did not fulfill their obligation and even contact me!

Aramex International Courier delivery guy

Good day Aramex Team,

Hope everyone is fine, basically I have documents expected to receive today from Doha under tracking number [protected].

On Friday dated 20th May around 5:30pm, I received a call from your customer team regarding this document and requested to arrange the delivery direct to my place since we are doing office recollections. I have provided my locations and advised to please inform the delivery guy to make sure not to doorbell as my baby is sleeping during the delivery slot time and requested to knock instead.

To cut the story short, today at around 5:10, your delivery guy came and he didn't follow the given instructions. He used the doorbell once and that time I was carrying my baby who is sleeping already and made another doorbell.

I have approached him (Kyas - name of the delivery guy, his tall and bit fat). I told I have instructed your team to knock and he was saying that there was no instructions given on the paper. I know his tired, but he should not treat his client like that. I've got mad of course. I was still talking but he just ignored me and I said I must complain you. I do sorry if I been mad but I can see that he is not reading and following instructions given to him.

Please do and take immediate actions on this.

I have a screenshot of the file where it's clearly mentioned on instructions to knock during delivery, screenshot as per the attached file. Thaks,

Aramex International Aramex Qatar

They are very rude in their services. If you get a parcel they are asking you to come and get it from their offices, they don't even know which branch. It gives a huge headache to customers as the corporate companies are choosing this company for cheap shipping charges.

In Qatar Aramex, the delivery guy is telling i will never bring to you if you want parcel go and take from any branch or i will send back,

Regarding this I have sent three complaints to the customer care yet there is no Response except giving some sweet words and action is nothing and they sent the parcel back.

I will never ask Anyone to use aramex Qatar. All delivery guys are so rude. As most experienced they throws ur parcel out side door and disappears. Sometimes they don't even want work. And there is no contact as well. So disappointing.

Aramex International Shein Clothes still not delivered

My parcel arrived at OR Tambo mid April and it's the first week of May and my clothes have still not been delivered. Apparently my parcel is still at OR Tambo even after paying aramex. I have the email address of one the employees who had been communicating with me prior to the shipment of my clothes but now she ignores my email. I am starting to think that it is a fraud and as a first time buyer this is frustrating. I don't know who I can do talk to. I do think I ever want to use the services of aramex ever again and would not recommend it.

Aramex International Parcel not delivered

My parcel was sent from Botswana on the 3rd and was meant to arrive yesterday on the 4th of May 2022. I called yesterday and was told its with the driver and yet it was not delivered. I am very angry because the tracking information says the customer was not available and yet I spent the whole day yesterday waiting for it and my phone was on which means that information is false.

The purpose for which I needed that parcel was to be used today 5 May at 7am which means I have wasted money using your service because the purpose is defeated.I cannot express my disgrantlement enough.The tracking number is [protected].I have tried calling this morning to no avail but my airtime is gone for nothing again

Aramex International stolen parcel

aramex send me this email (Kindly note that your shipment No. ([protected] ) at our USA address was received with items missing from the package and the content does not match the invoice).

My parcel which contains jewelry was stolen at aramex usa, they send me a photo of a bubble wrap without any name or address on it and they told me that this is what is left from my parcel.

I contacted the

After many emails back and forth they stopped responding to my emails and still my issue still not resolved.

Desired outcome: I would like my jewelry back or a refund same as my jewelry price.

Aramex International Delay in Delivery / No customer Feedback or Service

I have had three parcels arrive in my ShopandShip account in Canada on the 19 and 21st April 2022. I have uploaded the invoice in time, but the parcels are being held due to no invoice.

My account number is MCT 1376. The package numbers are [protected] [protected] [protected].

I have submitted 5 querys/complaints and have not had any response or change in status of delivery. One of the cases was actually closed.

Aramex International Delay in delivering shipment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

* I have a shipment in Riyadh /Saudi Arabia orderd in 17/4( provider in Riyadh)

* Takes 3 days to receive the shipment from Aramex 20/4

* Receive a message expect delivery date 21/4

* A new message that expect delivery date 23/4

* Last update of shipment was 23/4

* No more update of Delivery

*The supplier location in Riyadh. the Shipper agency in Riyad, the address in Riyadh.

Desired outcome: Why it takes now about 8 days to deliver my shipment in the same city, the agency here is not cooperative , not responding, no contact information to talk to, which give a negative picture about Aramex services

Aramex International The driver.

Goodevening. Today april 24 around 8:30 pm one of your driver is very rude. I ask him for a bit minute to wait bec it is very traffic and they didnt send me email or message befero they tell us that he is on the location. This attidude is very bad. Rude. So disappointing aramex. This the first time I always hve aramex driver that is very kond but this driver is very rude this number [protected]. Please cooperate to our complain. We are costumers!

Aramex International Unorganised and useless

Most useless delivery service, I have been waiting for an important document which was supposed to be delivered for two days and nobody bothered to collect it from the warehouse, when I asked to go collect it myself they said I have to wait for someone to bring it to the branch, my document was 3 days late, nobody bothered to request a delivery despite me calling.

Aramex International Shop & ship

Hello,

I was supposed to receive my shipment today from United States. The shipment contains electronics that I will be needing for a project today.

It was estimated to be delivered today (January 17th) but it hasn't even left out for delivery yet.

1. When I called to talk to Aramex the first time at 11:26 am, I was told, the shipment is in the warehouse and that the employee will send a request to have it delivered today but instead someone from Aramex went into my account and removed the estimated delivery date from shipment info on http://shopandship.com.

2. When I called the Muharraq office the second time at 12:30 I was told by Shahla that my shipment is awaiting clearance at border control, which is not what I was told earlier this morning. She also didn't comment on why the "estimated delivery date" was completely removed from shopandshop.com shipment info section.

This is very bad business practice and frankly it comes off as very deceptive.

Aramex International Parcel not delivered & customer service unresponsive

We ordered a domestic delivery on December 14, 2021 which was sent by the company via Aramex couriers. The parcel never arrived even though Aramex tracking listed it as delivered. Aramex customer service were unresponsive. 7 days later they marked the ticket as "resolved" even though they never engaged with us at all and the parcel was never delivered. After multiple additional complaints they then replied that the issue was marked as resolved because the parcel was apparently delivered and included GPS coordinates of where the parcel was delivered. This was at a completely different address. Since then, Aramex have failed to respond to our further queries about this. It has been over three weeks since the parcel was supposed to be delivered. Aramex customer service has been unresponsive, indifferent, and disrespectful.
