I have never seen a worse service in any line of work in my life. Two months ago I posted an urgent confidential medical report to a member of the UAE government. Aramax did the address to get it right in A. Dhabi.

This is the time line.

1. Courier rings to say address is not right and address is in Dubai. I explain you definitely entered the address. They did but I had obviously written address anyway on it. They said ok we deliver it.
2. A week goes by and it is not delivered. I panic as its confidential. I find out its somehow in Sharjah depot.
3. I got into DIFC Aramax and they advise to drive 40mins to main depot neat airport. They arrange for it to be delivered to Dubai office of the government official. Oddly it ends up at DIFC Aramax.
4. I go to DIFC and after 1 hour they apologise and arrange deliver to Dubai office of Ministry.
5. I then get told they cannot deliver it as office closed. I said yes you knew that they closed Sat. It was mentioned.
6. They then fail to deliver on Monday as they cannot find government official but believe I have her personal phone number. Unbelievable.
7. It is then lost again
8. I complain 6 times on whats app. I ask as it was never delivered, I wasted days on phone, email, whats app and in the car with a lot of petrol I want my simple refund and compensation. On the 4th complaint I was told to send my bank details. I did this but on when I chased up the refund and compensation. They are telling me the item was delivered.
No words can describe how fascinating this is.
The letter I sent was very confidential. What I reveived was my OWN letter.

No one in Aramax understands anything. I am amazed at how unbelievable poor this is and not a cheap service.

I am left to hand deliver my own letter to Her excellency in Abu Dhabi.

Desired outcome: Definitely a full refund but given the petrol, time, days, emails and texts I should be given an apology and compensation.I will need to drive to A.dhabi to hand deliver it also.It has delayed an important issue medically by 6-8 weeks.
