Preferred NJ company was hired in march to repair soffits on my house. Initially very responsive and work done was fine. In the process they apparently dropped something on a roof skylite. Apparently a worker tried to repair it with some kind of putty . since I had no occasion to go on the roof I did not see it until a piece popped up making the cracks apparent. I sent the owner, Dennis t,wo text messages advising him of the problem. He had ignored both. I think Anti should be aware and not refer him to customers
Claimed loss: Acrylic plastic dome needs to be replaced. About $100 plus labor cost
Desired outcome: I would like the company to fix it. Unprofessional to damage something, and ignore inquires and never say anything.
