Jay from Level Engineering in Colorado inspected and mapped out our attic and load-bearing wall for a kitchen remodel. He gave us a detailed explanation of the work needed to remove the wall and provide support to combine our kitchen and dining room. Our house, which is almost 100 years old, has some peculiar features that will need extra attention. We're really pleased with Jay's advice and understanding, and we would definitely reach out to Level Engineering again for future projects.

Selling my house after 23 years was tough, but calling a structural engineering company made it even tougher! However, Level Engineering was awesome. Ashley showed up on time, went under the house to check out the "present fix," made a sketch of what needed to be done to "repair the present fix," and then came out to chat with us. She finished and emailed her findings, with pictures and a drawing of the necessary repairs, in no time at all. This was crucial because we had a closing date coming up. I'm really grateful to Ashley and the company for their careful, thorough, and kind assistance.

I gotta say, Level Engineering is just amazing. Scheduling was a breeze and their professionalism and service are top-notch. We had the pleasure of working with Stephen, who was punctual, thorough, and delivered the report in a jiffy. But here's where it gets even better. When we needed some repairs, the company reached out to Stephen (which was awesome). He actually remembered our chat about what we wanted for the house and took the time to call us and discuss our options. Talk about going the extra mile! They could've just left it at that, but nope, Stephen cared enough to make sure we were fully informed and patiently answered all our questions. I can't even remember the last time I was this blown away.

I highly recommend this company. I hired LEVEL to inspect a house I recently bought in Boulder, CO. The house was built in 1970 in a chalet style in the foothills. My inspector didn't recommend an engineer, so I hired LEVEL beforehand to look for any structural worries. The engineer, Ashley, was really nice to work with. She called me the night of the inspection and we talked for almost an hour about a couple of worries she had. That same night, she was at an event with other engineers from the company and suggested asking her colleagues for a second opinion about the areas of worry. Communication was great and she was very patient with all my questions. After the conversation with her colleagues, Ashley suggested they come back to the property to take a closer look at the foundation. The seller agreed to lift some floor boards to see the foundation. Ashley came back to the property with her boss and a contractor to give a quote if any foundation repairs were needed. She offered to do this without me asking and didn't charge me any extra fees for the return trip. In the end, the foundation was in good shape. We talked about a few small areas of worry. LEVEL gave me the confidence I needed to move forward with the property and sleep well at night. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company.
