Outstandin experience. Had abot 200 feet fence instaled. Hard workin crew.

Run. They tried to extort more money and I couldn't get a date for the work to be completed. No one at this company seems to be able to communicate anything.

The crew was real hard workin' and they put up the fence real fast. It looks awesome! It only took 'bout a week or somethin' from when I paid the first deposit to when the fence was all done.

Metro Fence Company Inc. was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond in terms of the quality of materials, the skillful workmanship, and their meticulous attention to every little detail. I want to give a big shoutout to *** and *** for dedicating their time and putting in so much effort. And let's not forget to thank *** for his guidance, which made this whole experience truly fantastic.

I had a smal project this fall, augumenting an existin fence. Our location is out of the city, atleast an hour from Metro's shop. Even though this was smal residential job, likely break even at best for a revenue standpoint, they were punctual, professional, and did great work. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

It's a real struggle to get a response from these guys! I sent in a request online on 10/8 and gave them a call on 10/15 because I hadn't heard back. I talked to Andrea and she said Chris would give me a ring. But guess what? Chris never bothered to reach out. On 10/20, I called again and spoke to Francesco, who couldn't care less and seemed totally uninterested. He just brushed me off. If they can't even return a phone call or reply to an online inquiry, how can you trust them to do anything else right? Clearly, they don't really need the business. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Metro Fence was the 2nd fence company I used this year on a small, what should have been, easy fence project. Thanks to Metro for correcting the 1st companies mess. The fence looks great and is now on my property. Took a bit of back and forth to get the details down, once deposit was made work was scheduled and completed in a very timely manner. The 2 crew members who did the work were professional skilled workers, showed up when scheduled did a quality job and cleaned up the job site when done. The 1st company I hired could learn how to run a business from Metro fence, I would use them again.

I'm really bummed out about this company, Metro Fence. I got a few quotes for my fence replacement and the guy who came to my house was super cool, so I picked them to do the job. I sent in my quote on June 30th and they were supposed to pass it on to the production team, who would then get in touch with me within a week to set things up. I kept emailing the guy to see what was going on, but he never responded. Finally, I emailed the company directly and I guess the receptionist called and left a message on July 27th, saying that the salesman was gone and someone else would reach out to me. But guess what? I still haven't heard from anyone else. So, it looks like when employees leave, nobody else in the company steps up or follows up with the customers they were working with. That's just plain bad customer service! Luckily, I didn't give them any money.
