Called in October but no response
Called in October but no response. Called twice in February but still no response.
On May 13, I signed a contract with Sun Shield Products for an installation that was supposed to take 8-10 weeks
On May 13, I signed a contract with Sun Shield Products for an installation that was supposed to take 8-10 weeks. However, it did not happen as planned. Finally, on September 27, the installation process began and was completed on October 7. During the installation, I noticed that the screen door was missing and the handle on the sliding door was also missing some parts. I immediately brought this to the attention of the installer, ***.
On November 12, a technician was sent to address the issues. Unfortunately, the technician arrived with the wrong parts and did not have the screen door with them. This was quite frustrating. I tried to reach out to Sun Shield Products on December 16, by calling and leaving a message, but my call was never returned.
As of January 10, 2022, the problems with the missing screen door and the incomplete handle on the sliding door have still not been corrected. This has been an ongoing issue, and I am disappointed with the lack of response and resolution from Sun Shield Products.

Safeshield Security Windows and Doors put security screens on all my home's doors and windows on July 23rd. But, uh-oh, they broke one of the windows next to my fancy french doors. They called up Dr. Glass to fix it, and they came on November 1st. But guess what? They couldn't do it because the screen was still on. So, they told Safeshield to send someone to take off the screen. The problem is, those screens are held in with special screws and you need a special tool to remove them. But Safeshield never showed up to take it off. This has happened THREE times now, and Safeshield never shows up when they say they will. So, my window is still broken, and Dr. Glass has come three times but can't install a new one. Me and Dr. Glass have called and emailed so many times, but Safeshield doesn't answer. I just want my window fixed and the security screen put back on. Can the ComplaintsBoard.com help with this? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks
