Angies List review: Deck repair

I am writing a complaint against Premier Arc services. I hired them back in March 2026 to repair my deck to make it water proof from below. It's almost July 2026 and my deck drainage system still is not fixed. The 1st rain, the water leaked worse than before the repair. They came out once and did a quick " patch tape" repair that didn't work. The next rain same problem. I have been texting the Owner , Cody, and his Lead, Matt to repair the drainage system correctly. Matt promised he would come by to fix it correctly but he not Cody after a week are replying. The drainage system cost was $6000. I need it fixed correctly before lawsuit to recoup funds.
