I went to this location on a Saturday in May 2024. My lady and I did the eye exams & both of us ordered glasses. After almost a month & a half, she went to the store to check on her order. No one ever called us, never tried to contact us, and she was told; "they have been here!" She asked to pick up 2 pairs of glasses but was told, they had to be shipped back because they weren't ready. Her eyeglasses were around $215 and mine were around $389. She instructed them to call when they were ready so we can pick them up sooner than her 2 pairs of glasses. Several months passed us by and nothing from America's Best. Every time we called, something happened. This went on leading up to and past the Holiday season, even New Years. By this time, I was home from work and called the store to speak to the manager who was ALWAYS busy every time I called. I also requested information for the district manager and was informed he would reach out to me and call me, that NEVER happened. I requested a full refund and was told on the District manager, who should have called me, would be the one to authorize the refund.
Fast forward-America's Best Eyeglasses at Almeda Crossing stole my money and stole my glasses! Since I never received the glasses and never received a refund, I have been stolen from in this matter. I need a full refund before further legal action is taken.
