Believe this or not I've been without AC since 7/2/25 over a month in 90 and 100 degree weather! AHS sent out a contractor that cannot or WILL NOT give a correct diagnosis but are still trying to bill me $400; yet my system is not working! They keep saying I need another this or that part; not showing up, etc. now they're saying I need a new system! They have not been sending in reports to AHS and AHS is not following up or will not give me a contractor that can fix my a/c; over a month without A/C in 90 and 100 degree weather?! This is unheard of! I am at my wits end. I hope I can get this looked into as soon as possible or else I will have to take my contract elsewhere and/or join in with one of these class action suits against AHS! Hoping I don't have to.

Desired outcome: Would like this to be escalated to corporate; seems this is the only way I can get someone to take action on my behalf! It's been over a month with no relief in sight! Still waiting!
