American Freightno merchandise no refund

I just had a terrible experience with this furniture company (American freight). Not only did they not deliver my couch after thirty days after setting two delivery dates, they refuse to refund my money saying I have to wait for a corporate check when I paid in cash. The last time time I checked you pay the consumer in the form of payment that they paid you!!! The store associates were extremely rude and not apologetic at all for my inconvenience and expected me to allow them to deliver my couch today. Are you serious?!?! All the while the "manager's" response was "o he's having a bad day". I am in disbelief and livid with the scams and lack of service with this company. Not only have I submitted a complaint but there are numerous complaints for the same thing!!!
