American Freight review: Whirlpool refrigerator ( 1 comment)

I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator on 5/2 from American Freight in Lawrenceville. It was delivered last stop on 5/12 filthy with food and grime in it. The refrigerator did not work. I was told to call the repair company to fix it. I called the repair company and the repair man was unable to fix the issues. I went to the store to select an exchange. Its been 3 weeks and no comparable refrigerator has come in yet. Im about at my 30 days from date of purchase which will nullify my options. I called customer service who called the store only to repeat to me that they can only exchange a damaged item that was paid for in full and no idea when a refrigerator will come in. I am going to get a lawyer and blast it on TV and radio and social media if no refund this week! Terrible experience!
