My name is Justin DeFoor and I had a procedure done that landed me in the hospital. In November of 2025 I was released from the hospital with the instructions to have home health care for a wound of my right foot. The nurse came to review the wound. My wound had a scab on it and so she closed my case. About 1 month later after seeing physical therapy and them working with my leg, the scab came off and the wound reopened. Had she made sure that the wound healed completely and the skin returned properly I would not be dealing with what I am dealing with now. I'm having to go to my pediatrist and a wound care specialist for the same wound that Dr. Momin of Emory had set up for me.

Desired outcome: I would like them to not only provide an apology, but money that I lost because I'm not able to work because the pain of my foot will not allow me to work.
