Amedisys review: Incompetence

Do not use Amedisys Hospice in Indianapolis. Most of the staff are incompetent. Leadership is Horrible., No wonder there is a very high employee turnover. Company doesn't care about their patient needs. Lack of staffs. MSW only visit us 1x a month or 2x a month the most?! and most often she only do call us/phone visit..., not an actual visit, and she is quite old and tend to forget. when you call for a PRN visit during after office hours, you need to wait for more than 2 hours or sometimes, they will just call, and find ways just to cancel the visit. Every time you call their office, the girls answering is quite rude. Never put your love ones under their care.
