Amedisys review: Horrible

My Doctor Prescribed Physical therapy for me.
I received a call from one if their therapist , wanting to know if he could come to my house that day. I said I wouldnt be home, I had a Dr. Appointment. He said to call their office and schedule appointment, which I did.
Noone showed up the day of the appointment. I called the therapist- he said I wasnt on his schedule.
I called their office again. They said the therapist had stated I refused therapy. They also didnt have my appointment recorded- and said I hadnt called them, because” they write everything down, and dont make mistakes”.
They said i would have to contact my doctor, and get him to reorder treatment. I told them, that sincr this was entirely their mistake- they should csll my Doctor.
I was transferred to a manager. She was rude and insulting.
This is the first bed review Ive written about a medical practice/Service- but these guys were were horrible i can see why they hsve a 1.3 rating.
My sympathies to anyone in their care.
