Amazon.comunauthorized credit card charges

Every month when I get my statement there is an unauthorized charge on my credit card...I call and customer service cancels the card, disputes the charge with Amazon and sends a new card..The next month is the same thing again..Ig you cannot get this stopped I will cancel my Amazon Visa and cancel my Amazon Account.. I am tired of messing with it..Either change password or whatever it takes to resolve this or that's the end of Amazon for me...Thank You..Joyce Huggins

    When you login, what item shows as being sent? Which address is it sent to? When you called, how much was credited and for what? You gave no information.
