Ally Financial review: Trying to get a purchase reimbursed to me as I never got anything for the money

IN October I paid for a service with Celebrity Center I could not use, and so simply I paid for something and have not gotten anything for it and now do not want to do business with the company. l would like my money back as I got nothing for it,

I filed a dispute in November which never completed as I got a letter demanding I give them more information, late past the due date

My dispute was cancelled.

I called and got a rather unprofessional man on the phone that sounded like a carny man, talking at me to send a letter to ally to reinstate the dispute.

I did that.

I then got a call from a woman very unfriendly that called and left a message to call her, I have tried getting through for right after for a week on hold for 3 hours, and then to really top it off I get a letter on December 29 you have ten days to handle this or we will cancel this,
