We recently moved and I cannot recommend All My Sons, Moving & Storage of Woodlands. On May 7, 2026, we made the required deposit and scheduled May 18, 2026, as the moving date. On May 15th, we called to confirm the 18th and were told that 2 trucks and 6 men were scheduled. On the 18th, around the 10 AM, we called All My Sons and asked what time we could expect the trucks to arrive. All My Sons informed us that they did not have trucks scheduled but they would arrive the next day on May 19th.
This is about the 20th time we have moved and were moving approximately 2 miles. By far, this was the worst moving experience we have ever had. We suffered more damage on this move than we have with other moves combined. The movers seemed to be inexperienced and lacked the strength to hold up wooden dining room table tops and other furniture. Apparently, they did not use enough moving pads nor were they careful with the household items. On July 13, 2026, they received our certified letter which included a list of all the damaged items. Today is August 9, 2026, and they still have not replied.
Some of the damage we suffered with this move include:
• 2 - 7 foot long, solid wood, dining room tables (dropped on edges, breaking/crushing the edge).
• Dropping off the truck and breaking a solid wood dining room chair.
• Damaged screen of a 43” color television.
• Broke tiles of a 67’ x 40”, wrought iron patio table.
• 40” long, Wooden bench for entry has ¾ inch chipped knocked off of armrest.
• Large hole knocked in sheetrock wall at the original house. Two walls at new house were scrapped.
This list is about a third of the items damaged by ALL MY SONS, during the move.
Claimed loss: household items, interior walls of two houses
Desired outcome: Honor the signed contract.
