All My Sons Moving & Storage

I did a move with this company on July 15,2023 and was quoted for 189/hr. The first phone call I had to make the appointment I went over everything I wanted to move. The second phone call to confirm the appointment they had everything WRONG in their itinerary! From my telephone number to where they were moving my stuff! This made me very nervous but I still went with them. The movers which were 3 men was only told to move a bed, dresser, desk, sofa, a tv, and night stand. I told them only move these repeatedly but they ended up not listening and was moving other things such as boxes that was taking up time. They were laughing, joking, and cursing and talking about different girls they were going to be with that night. Very inappropriate and uncomfortable! The movers worked for a total of 3 hours and my total ended up being 1,113$. My eyes lit up after I saw that and I went in tears! Not expecting that price! I spoke with the teams manager Jason and he stated that the extra charges came in with fuel, the truck, and materials. I was never told all of those extra charges during my initial call with them when I scheduled the appointment because had I know this I would’ve went with another company. After they moved my stuff into my new apartment l notice they put my tv stand on top of my sofa! This was very careless. This could have easily punctured a hole. Next was my desk. The men put their tape on my desk which I never asked them to. As I was removing the tape, the wood on my desk started coming up with the tape. Overall this experience has been very unsatisfying. I went with this company because of all the positive reviews but one of the workers actually told me that the positive reviews came from upper management. I’ve had one of the most stressful days of my life dealing with All My Son Moving and Company.
