Excellent personable movers. Communicated all the way. Moving was seamless. Very careful with some of my valuables that needed extra care. Everything was explained. They even packed my clothes and unpacked. I've moved many times and these have been by far the most professional service. The movers were Alberto, Beni and Miguel. Their communication with every move was agreeable and they flowed. Will use them again.

I have used Monroe Movers for two interstate moves and one local move. They did an exceptional job each time. They were on time, professional, and careful with my belongings. They were also flexible when my local move was delayed a week. My only complaint is they pass along a 3% credit card charge to customers. For local moves, you can't get a bank check since you don't know how much time the move will actually take.

Monroe Moving was awesome! From Garret who set up the estimate to John who actually toured my house to Mark and his team who packed, moved and unpacked all my things, my experience went beyond my expectations. The moving team was prompt, friendly and professional. They took great care in wrapping my things so they all arrived at my new house in perfect condition. I highly recommend Monroe Moving! They provided excellent service throughout the entire process.

We did an interstate move, so perhaps not like a (much cheaper) in-state move. That being said, the Monroe Moving crew was perhaps the best I've seen. Very professional and hard working. Took care to prevent damage and breakage, as well as the small things to make the service catered to your needs. Only suggestion is that a shipper read all the documents and make sure of what is expected. We made the correct choice, and would recommend.

Totally satisfied with this moving experience! The representative was very nice and patient with me, answering all my questions in finalizing the contract. And the guys he sent were also very nice. Both John and Mike were most polite and professional in packing, moving and unpacking at new place. They were very efficient and fast yet very careful in moving the furniture. They are an asset to your company. I ran a small business for 22 Years and I know the importance of good staff. The best thing is that when I praised them, they praised the owner of the company! Extremely satisfied.

This was by far the smoothest, easiest move I have ever experienced. I felt the need to let everyone know how amazing this last move from NJ Wayne to Toms River. The crew was super professional, lighthearted and friendly. They carried all my things with care, and I could tell that it was more than a job for them. They also made sure I was secure with the move and not stressing, making jokes and conversation. They were patient and the process was so easy. I did an out of state move and had to store my furnishings for 4 weeks. I chose Monroe Moving Pro and was very impressed, from dealing with their team to handle the estimate all the way through the storage and move out to my final destination. I had a very large fragile item and they packed and secured it beyond my expectations. They provide excellent communication and follow up. They scheduled my move out team to be the same team to bring my furniture from storage to my home. The team leader was exceptional and his crew was very professional and unwrapped and set up my furniture like clockwork. Moving is stressful enough and using Monroe Moving Pro really helped to ease the process.

My move with Monroe was fantastic. It started with a call with my moving coordinator who was extremely great. I never expected that planning my move could be as organized or detailed as it was. It was an extremely transparent process and I could tell what every cent of my estimate was going towards. When moving day came, they called to confirm and the truck showed up on time and as expected. The crew led by the team leader was courteous, careful, polite, hardworking, and performed miracles in getting large heavy furniture moved out and in of tight spaces without a scratch. They wrapped everything in moving blankets and heavy plastic to prevent damage. They actually finished ahead of schedule and came in under their original estimate so I was able to give them a nice tip and still spent less overall. Fantastic job, would use them again and recommend in a heartbeat!

Handing over your entire life's accumulations to movers who are total strangers ,with the expectation that they will follow thru as they promised and guaranteed, in a timely fashion, is a daunting proposition. Plus, when you read the awful reviews that most movers get, it causes great anxiety and worry. And, few options. Luckily, we chose Monroe Pro Movers to deliver our entire household possessions, including an 80 year old Grand Piano, across the country (New Jersey to Reno, Nevada). And store it for 3 1/2 months in between. It all started with Ben, our Service Advisor, who always answered the phone. They were professional, courteous, communicative and HONEST ! They did exactly what they said they would do and didn't accept any conditions that they couldn't do. The movers were timely, clean and very efficient I cannot recommend them enough. There is NOT a single aspect of the 4 month process that was a problem. I would give them more than 5 STARS IF I COULD.

Boy, you don't realize how truly awful past moves have been - stressful, no communication, cost increases, inappropriate attention to the security of your items - until you experience a truly professional move. Please, call Monroe Moving Pro now and ask for this team - we will definitely be using and requesting them by name in the future. They went above and beyond in taking care of us:

- Attentively cared of our belongings as they wrapped up our furniture and boxes into their truck,
- As they were loading the truck they labeled the rooms the furniture would be going in so that anyone who unloaded would know where they went and didn't have to ask us,
- Refused to take a lunch break in order to get to our new home fast, and
- Unpacked in record time,
- Went above and beyond even moving extra heavy stuff we had in our house prior to their arrival to make room for our furniture. They roll out (seriously!) a red carpet to ensure your floor isn't damaged by the team walking in/out of the house as they unload. This is a wonderful company with an honest assessment and no hidden fees or increased costs. We hope your move goes as smoothly and stress-free as ours did!"
