We ordered a 16 foot container was to be picked up yesterday Aug 9th they can and said they could pick it up then the driver went to another customer and the same thing happened. Found out it’s equipment failure. Now are suppose to be out of our house yesterday we ended up unpacking the Rat 1/2 storing it at a place got another one 8 foot to take the stuff they said it was over weight. Now come to find out it’s not the issue we were suppose to be gone in AZ from WI we had to rent a hotel and pay for another Ray we want RAT to compensate us!

Lifting cylinder has Hydraulic leak!

13 weeks ago, we notified 1-800-PACK-RAT that the unit we had been using while our house was rebuilt from Hurricane Ida was emptied and ready for pick up. We were given a pick up date and that date came and went and the storage until remained on my driveway. Since that time my wife and I have called no few than 10 times to beg for pick up. Each time we receive and apology from a receptionist who passes along our information to someone who contact us with a new date for pick up. Each time we are stood up. We're being used as free off-site storage for them.

I was promised copies of the signed forms, at the time my containers were picked up in November. I still do not have those forms even after connecting with the company multiple times. All I was sent were blank documents today, which are of no use.

Container was delivered by an inept driver that took 20 minutes to back straight into a driveway. We packed up the container and called for a pickup and when a different driver came out to pick it up we were told it was 1500 pounds overweight. This seems just like the regular "mover's estimate" that always is exceeded because of weight. How is a consumer to know how much weight they are putting in to the container and for that matter the original driver left me no instruction, paperwork, or even requested a signature for the thing and I did ask. Buyer beware of this, in my case it forces us to get another container from them just to remove the items to reduce the weight. I'm calling scam all the way.
