All our 20 plus framed prints had small dents or scratches as a result of our move with Smooth. I discussed use of bubble wrap to protect art items as I have moved from and to cities several times for my work with professional corporate movers but no bubble wrap used with Smooth Movers . Owner Eric Ford uses believes in use of open, uncovered bins to move lamp shades, etc. rather then boxed certain items.. Our boxes stored in our garage to be moved were identified on the boxes by Smooth Movers, as "Garbage" Our move from West Palm Beach to Vero Beach, FL in January 2022 was on schedule as promised and his crews worked hard however I DID NOT APPRECIATE ALL THE SMOKING BUTTS ON MY LAWN FOR OUR NEW BUYER TO CLEAN. Eric Ford is an experienced nice fellow and competent mover however he does not stop by on the day of our move and now in March 2022 asks for our feedback. Eric was paid in Full immediately and crew was provided with a tip, One positive regarding this mover is his fleet of trucks are only two years old and very clean.

On time, professional, easiest smooth move to date, also priced well.

We have used Smooth Movers for each and every move! They even moved our son quite a few times. Their prices are very fair but, most importantly, the moving men are really wonderful in that they are always respectful, organized, and they are very efficient. You will really love this company.

The movers were/are wonderful. They came to my house at the appointed time and were very professional. They moved my house belongings quickly. Upon the delivery were very polite asking where I wanted my things to go in the house. They were very accommodating. I would recommend this moving company to anyone I know. The price was fair as well.

I found Smooth Movers on the ComplaintsBoard.com website. I was looking for a company in West Palm Beach with a positive review. I called and Eric came to give me an estimate which was very reasonable for moving to a 2nd story condo. The professional crew came on time, wearing masks to protect us all.
They were done in a few hours and did a great job.

Would recommend Smooth Movers to anyone wanting...well, a smooth move. Exceptional response time during inquiry phase, worked with me as we hit snags on dates for move, showed up on time, handled everything professionally and carefully (including antique curio cabinet), efficient, friendly, courteous...I could go on but I think you get the picture. I hope to never move again but if I do I'll call Smooth Movers.

Smooth Movers was amazing! They were quick, polite and very careful with our things. They gave us a great price on our local move. During this odd time (Covid), they took safety precautions and made both my 84 year old mother and me feel safe. They were professional yet friendly. They came highly recommended by several different people who did not know each other. If we ever have to move again, we will be sure to call them!

These guys are the TRUE PROS of Moving. I have now used Smooth Movers on 2 moves and plan to use them on a third move of my fiance. My last move involved over 5,000 pounds of gym equipment.
