AliExpress — fault in function and damage package
Bought a mobile and I received it so late with damage package and when I charged it Or I used it has over heating quickly, also the alarm sounds turned to the silent suddenly and from time to time I doesn't work to get a normal sounds. When I contact the seller as soon as I received the purchase, who asked me to send a photo I did it, after that he requested a video, when I tried to send a video I failed due no activate the link, I contacted the customer service many times attached many videos and photos but unfortunately they ignored all, but I still keep a screenshot of the customer service team members praised my attachment and promised me to give me a refund.
Unfortunately they mistreated me many times and they asked me to send a video and photos over the open dispute and I did for a several times but they disactived the bar of the submit button in(add evidence) that I still have a screenshot of that.even when they gave an opportunity to appeal, they are again disactived the bar of submit the evidence, they are really SCAM
Now I have a full right to get a refund for the the damaged package and for the fault of purchase function.
I would like to escalate my complain against them for legal action please
