AliExpress issues with juejue toy shop store: order number [protected]

Issues with JueJue Toyshop Store: order number [protected]

I ordered three products from JueJue Toy store. There were products this store did not have. They found the products I wanted and agreed the total charge would be $130. Since we saw that they were willing to give us discounts, so we asked them if they have other products [thus, they would earn a bit less for each products, but could sold out more to us].

Then Jue Jue Toy responded with the other products we wanted, but their prices were 1.5 to 2 times more than the standard prices. We immediately knew that they were not willing to give us discounts but to make up the discounts they promised by raising the other product prices on us. …

Long story short…. We wanted to cancel the products because Jue Jue toy refused to adjust the price down to $130 and tried to delayed shipment; plus we then in fact did not need those 3 products anymore as we already purchased other products from other sellers. But since they sent us an apologize message (as below). So I paid for $191.5 as instructed by JueJue Toy, so they could adjust the price down to $130. Pls see below cut and pasted messages.

Beside they did not adjust the price, they also provided a fake ePacked tracking number of LY865993761CN. And told me that in order to get the refund of [$61.5], I need to file a dispute after I received the items. I was very angry and contacted Aliexpress immedately……. It is another time consuming process…..finally Aliexpres refunded me the $191.5 (after my credit card refunded me), not JueJue Toy.

The JueJue Toy owner caused me lots of frustration and anger. I have nights of insomnia which directly caused me to have hundred dollars loss, a test need to be postponed for half a year and some hours loss to go after Aliexpress and credit card companies for refund/dispute. Even today is holiday, I still need to spend time to write up my bad experience with Jue Jue store to warn others not to follow my path. I am still very angry, even I got the money back from my credit card company.

Note: After I got into trouble with an almost 5 stars seller (with 2445 followers) and tried to get back my money; I found out that Aliexpress protects themselves and favors their sellers, rather than the buyers as said by other complaints. It is true. If I had read those complaints, I would not have purchased items from Aliexpress.

If it was not b/c I also filed a dispute with my credit card company, I think it should have taken even longer to get back my refund. On the other hands, I do believe that there are nice Aliexpress team members and honest sellers. But you have to take risks, because Jue Jue toy has high rating.

From this experience, I would not recommend any of my friends to purchase items from Aliexpress. But I don't think Aliexpress care about losing 20-30 customers as they are doing such a big global business. AE gives no consequences to the bad sellers. If you ask for refund even you don't receive the products and seller trick consumers by raising the price, both AE and sellers will drain your time and energy.

One more thing is: not until the buyer received the products, sellers don't get the money from Aliexpress. Our credit cards paid directly to Aliexpress. But since Aliexpress really want to protect their sellers, so Jue Jue toy said they refunded me the money. Jue Jue toy from the beginning did not refund me any money at all.
After I paid the $191.5, JueJue Toy attempted to trick me to cancel that 1st order and placed another order. So they could double charge me and not shipping me both orders. Of course, I did not know all these deceive until the very last.

Finally I don't see anyway I can put my bad experience with JueJue Joy as reviews on Aliexpress at all. I don't know why. No wonder Jue Jue store owner could do whatever they want. Good luck.

AliExpress problems with the seller - alikafeii trading co., ltd.

I've purchased 3 orders from Alikafeii Trading Co., Ltd. and all orders have problems:

Order [protected] - Seller asking for extra 24USD for changing the shipping method but I refused to pay and it was shipped to a wrong country.

Order [protected] - Seller asking for extra 30USD for changing the shipping method again, I refused, the seller never ship the item.

De verkoper beweert met track informatie dat het product geleverd is maar het is nooit aangekomen.
Hij vraagt mij te bewijzen dat dit niet aangekomen is. Hoe kan dit ? Ik heb hem het afleveringsbewijs met handtekening gevraagd maar krijg hierop geen reactie. Altijd dezelfde track info. Ik vind dit pure oplichterij en aliexpress doet niets om terug betaling te doen. Kopers bescherming en waarborgen hebben géén enkele waarde!

Thank you for your mail but I have to say that I am very disappointed with your actions. After a month I received the ordered parts and found out, that they do not fit in my car. Reason.. was bad selection of the model because your experts do not keep the VIN number as straightforward. and send to me strengthened messages, (we need yours car part//to send to as).. But I need my car daily... You see?, it seems to me that they do not anderstud my reasons. So please, after a month of writing, be so kindly and credit my account when I am sending you all thet wrong carparts absolutely unusefull/not usable back to you factory…, Thank you for understanding my problems.. ok?

Hi,

Order number: [protected] I purchased a phone from this provider. The seller sent me a phone that was not working correctly, i contacted them to change the phone and they asked me to send it back over, when i sent it back i used registered posting. Which showed that they received and signed it but at first they denied receiving the phone. Then they agreed that they received it and will sent it back but didn't send it back and blocked me from contacting them. I just want a brand new phone or my cash back! This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

I HAVE ALL THE TEXT MESSAGES AND POSTAGE DOCUMENTS.

AliExpress supplier ask to cancel the order

I have done this order and supplier ask me to cancel the order and select "other reason" as a reason for cancellation.

AliExpress demanded more money, removed the option to request refund.

I purchased a tablet from the official HUION store. They demanded I send $50 extra for shipping. Obviously I did not want to pay that much more and tried to cancel my order. However they uploaded a fake tracking number and claimed the item was already shipped so cancellation was no longer an option. They have both my tablet and my money and refuse to send anything unless I pay them more money. Totally unacceptable and I think AliExpress should stop promoting these con-artists.

AliExpress a order I placed on 11.11 sale

I have placed a oeder on 11.11. A d today 19th the seller sends me a message saying this product is out of stock.. and not only that the seller say mr to cancel the order and select the reason other instead of product out of stock... how can the seller say this. And after 8 days of order. And I am a diamond buyer I am shopping in aliexpress for the past 4 years a d this has happened a lot to mee. And sellers will not except the order cancellation if buyer do not select the option other to cancel the order . . What is the situation of the buyer if sellers have so power on everything?

Hello I have a bought a scan tool from this company they have supplied me with a tracking number from DHL and it has not moved an inch I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions but they told me about customs can aliexpress help. Here is their tracking number, they firstly provided a wrong one.

AliExpress order number [protected], seller - bestchoice lights & tools store

I've got a problem. After confirm of order Seller wrote to me, that i have to pay more for shipment and sent me a link to his action. He told me that if i want to get item that i bought i have to by five think from his link.
I try to cancel order (reason : Seller changed item price) but Seller declined it two times. I hope that you can help me with this case.

AliExpress unauthorised opening of an account from my id in ali express

I received an email on my id [protected]@gmail.com from Ali Express mentioning that a product has been purchased from the id. On clicking the link, I was led to the Ali Express website, wherein I found an account has been registered without my knowledge in the shopping portal with my id. I logged in with the forget password option and found that two watches have been purchased through the account, and the delivery address mentioned is in Pakistan. The order is not placed and paid by me. This order should be cancelled and please probe, how an account can be opened without the consent and knowledge of the original user of the email id.

AliExpress a vendor, voyo and dispute resolution by ae

I had filed a dispute with AE about a fradulent deal by a vendor. AE had resolved on behalf of the vendor without giving us proper chance and not listening to our side. The vendor cheated us by providing two different invoices - one to me and another (cheaper one) to the shipping agency. Customs office in my country considers that as a fraud. I informed AE about the same and asked for a refund. If I proceed to customs with those fradulent documents we will be blacklisted. So we requested AE to resolve the case.

AliExpress [protected] mother and daughter dresses

The auction was about dresses for mother and daughter that looks the same. I ordered it and payed. I also send the message to the seller xiaoyu Store that i want a L size of mother dress and a 90 size of child dress. They replied that i ordered one item and i need to pay more if i want two dresses... i tell them that the auction was about two dresses, if my order doesn't include them i want to cancel and get my money back. I cancelled with reason that the seller raised the prize and they try to manipulate me that i change the reason for "i don't want this order", i told them i won't do it and they rejected the cancellation... outrageous!

AliExpress order not sent

I have paid advance during presale to "GoTop Smartphone" and later paid balance amount on 11th Nov 2018, and as of now i have done many communications but they are not replying and not sending my order.
They asked me the color i ordered in not available, and i agreed for other color, but that too they are not sending. I only fear that they might cheat me by sending faulty mobile. This seller is not reliable according to me. My Order No. [protected]

AliExpress payment methods and complaints procedures

Purchases on 26/10/2018 (a few before and after). Charged by bank on 29/10/2018 and 30th.

Desired outcome: refunded for bank charges and for this never to happen again.

I have been using aliexpress for over a year, as of last month I am being charged in USD (which has not happened before) even though I am changing it to GBP every time i log in due to the website not saving this setting (I have reported to them many times it does not save this setting, they always state it will be resolved and never has been) and I am now being charged by my bank for paying in USD as opposed to GBP.

When I contact them and speak to customer services they go round in circles saying they will 'report it to the appropriate team', or 'they understand' and they never resolve it or I never hear back from them. Additionally, they use inappropriate childish icons when your are trying to resolve serious issues, last time I was discussing this with them I stated I would be closing my account if this could not be resolved and the customer service representative send a rose icon, extremely inappropriate. Finally they can not provide you with a complaints procedure when you request it.

AliExpress car grille

I bout a car grille. When I received it was very poorly packaged so the product arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and took pictures as soon as I opened it and examined it. I requested a refund because I can't use it. The seller asked to send proof that it arrived damaged by sending picture proof. I sent pictures and screenshots and date confirmation the I had contacted him right after opening the package. He denied my dispute. Then I opened and appeal but they said I didn't have evidence. I DO! I have pictures and screenshots of the date, time and damage of the product. I also contacted the seller, opened a dispute and appealed within the time frames given. I was never late. I am not being treated fairly.

I have ordered " YOUYEDIAN SHOES WOMEN FASHION SOLID THICK BOTTOM WEDGES SANDALS SLIPPER FLATFORM SHOES ZANDALIAS DE MUJER #A " Pink colour item ( item no [protected]) on 31 st August 2018.Aliexpress company has been sent me an email on 06th of september 2018 mentioning that my product has been shipped on 2018.09.06 02.33.but the problem is still I didn't receive my order.

I have send a comlaint about this matter on 25.10.2018 .but you have never sent me areply yet .now I have waited more than 3 months with the hope of receiving my order.but your company has been unable to sent my order and I have understand now that your company is not valuying the customers satisfaction.

AliExpress order [protected] still not received

Dear Sirs,
my order [protected] (from seller Pocketman) was returned to the seller by customs. This definitely was not my fault, as I wasn't informed by customs or parcel service at all. After long discussion the seller (Pocketman) wanted to have the shipping paid again, which I finally did (as agreed) via paypal. After I paid that, they wanted to have the shipping paid again by enering a fake order on Aliexpress.
I told them, that this is criminal and I stopped the discussion with them. This was about a month ago, I still did not receive anything!
This is definitely criminal behavior, I want to avoid that other clients suffer from this criminals at seller Pocketman!
Aliexpress team can see all the communication inside the order details.

AliExpress I never received my purchased item

I have not received the package. The online tracking from USPS says they will try to redeliver the item.

It has been 30 days since with no delivery. So I HAVE called the USPS on the item as I am unable to physically go to the USPS due to my work hours and their location from me.. however they can't seem to find the package so it appears they have lost the package. They have not updated the online tracking comments...I suggested Aliexpress call them to verify my statement is true.

I opened a dispute but they declined to check on this..they are lazy and unprofessional. I am now out my money and have no items. Aliexpress can not be trusted.

I will never use them again. Lesson learned the hard way.

AliExpress login to account

Hi,

I 've been trying to log-in to my account for the past 2 days.
I created my account and placed my order on Monday Nov 5th 2018 at work. I've been trying to log-in from our other office and from home Friday nov 9th 2018 and Saturday nov 10th 2018 but they locked my account. The verification process is not working, there is no sms sent to my phone number. I've tried all the steps they suggest, but still nothing. Their cust service chat is not helpful either, they say to log in for better support, haha. Nobody is picking up the phone on the phone numbers available on this website for aliexpress.
How in the world you cannot log in on the same device from a diff place within the same city ? It's just such a horrible user experience. And why there is no option to choose verification via email if phone is not working?
Not to mention that I will lose the discount on my order. It was actually a pre-order which has to be paid until tomorrow and I cannot access my account.
I am very disappointed.
