Somebody hacked my account, and I am unable to access it in any way. I wrote to the seller that I didn't order these items, but I received no reply. Upwards of 300 euros was removed from my card. I ordered a wedding dress from a seller and before it was made I asked that if I wasn't satisfied could I return the dress for a refund. The seller did not advise that I couldn't and I thought they were very helpful and understanding. The dress arrived a couple of weeks later and after putting it on I was not satisfied with the quality. It did not fit properly, being too long and tight on the waist. I also seemed to have experienced a rash due the material. I contacted the seller so I could return the dress for them to replying telling me they don't accept returns. At no point was I advised I couldn't return. I'm the description when purchasing the dress it clearly states that it can be returned within 15 days of delivery and just to contact the seller. I am outraged to say the least and will be advising everyone to stay away from this website. No help from anyone and I think that's is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Buying electronic equipment from companies like Podofo is risky business. My Dashcam worked for a few months then broke down, Contacting Podofo for a replacement or money back was a complete waste of time. My advice to anyone considering buying from Aliexpress is don't. Local merchandise may be a little more expensive but the fact you can take it back for a replacement or money back is worth the extra dollars. Think twice before trying to save a few dollars shopping Aliexpress. It could cost you twice as much in the long term.I have learned my lesson and will not be buying anything else from Aliexpress.

I have bought a dress from aliexpress. the dress was not as described. Aliexpress suggested me a solution for dispute. I spoke with their customer services and they told me if i am not satisfied with the dispute suggestion i have to wait until the deadline is finished and appeal again. I did as the customer service told me to do. the amount was 152.97 dollars. As the dispute finished i appealed about 6 times asking them for the refund. they told me send the seller the dress and we also pay for the cost of the shipping as you pay. After sending the package, again I appealed and ask them to check the postoffice cause the package was received by china post office. Instead they told me no we dont pay cause the dispute was finished!! They customer service misled me for saying that the dispute has to finish first and I have to appeal after that. Also deceived me by saying we pay you the mount for the shipping and refused again. I tried to file a complaint about the agent who misled me they did not do anything about that either. please help me to get my refund.
I am complaining about a seller on Aliexpress Seller platform and about their Customer Support!
After ordering the E scooters from Aliexpress (Order number [protected]) I got only 3 scooters instead of 5. I contacted Aliexpress and DPD (shipping company). Then I got a confirmation from DPD shipping company that the two parcels got lost and they will refund that (Screenshot 1). They said, I just need to contact the seller from Aliexpress and ask them to open a claim and then they will refund the money.
So I tried to contact the seller on Aliexpress - but no success. Either the seller did not want or just didn't answer for weeks (Screenshot 2+3)!!
Then I started to contact the Customer Support for help, which I was doing also for the last couple of weeks, but many of them just wanted to get rid of my or were not able to help. One time I was given false information (Screenshot 4), one time an agent confirmed me that some of his colleges lie (Screenshot 5), one time I asked an agent if he actually cares about my problem and I got a "no" (Screenshot 6)...
Finally I started to ask for case IDs because I was always promised so much, but no one did anything or they did something I did not ask for.

Still I was not able to get a hold of the seller in any way. But they would not hear.
