Dispute issue
I filed a dispute for an item that was suppose to be returned and I could receive my refund. I shipped back the items but the dispute was closed without a refund stating the item was not returned in time, However it states on the second item that it was received (scanned by carrier) which was part of the agreement) in time. Both items were shipped to me together and I shipped them back together so It makes no sense to say one was not received but the other one was when they are in the same package. The tracking number is provided on the return items.

My order # is [protected] on Nov 24, 2020. The product I recieved not working. I contact the seller per Aliexpress direction. The seller sent the first replacement. It was not working. Then they sent another replacement part. both were not working. The seller requested to shipping back to test by USPS. It costed $107. I asked the seller to refund it since it is their product problem. I also messaged to Aliexpress many times. Both seller and Aliexpress refused to refund my money.

Stolen my money

mar.22.2021 I received a 3D VR glasses are buying 278$ on AliExpress. I put this on battery charger but after the glasses broke downs without never to be charged. I tried with other electric wire but it never worked.
mar.23.2021 I opened a complaint, I wanted to return the glasses and to be reimbursed.
mar.26.2021 The seller rejected my complaint, he said to reset the glasses. I did but it didn't work.

I've been a loyal customer to Aliexpress for around 7 years, but since year 2020 I've start getting critical problems.
The most dangerous issue was the 90 days buyer's protection rule becomes arbitrary respected in several cases such like order [protected] where nor the parcel was received neither the money was refunded. Aliexpress platform is turning into a scam one because even if you raise a dispute for an item that it wasn't received you must expect a full refund and this is not what's happening so you end with loosing your money, knowing that most of the orders are not traceable. Besides, some orders were delivered to other customers in different region and again I end with loosing both the money and the parcels and the most ironical issue is that I was asked to search for the person who received my item in order to collect it.

Don't by from LanzHD seller on alieexpres. The half of the batteries ar dad and one was half burned after one charge. This can burn your house down.

I opened a dispute to find out how to return the item and get my refund and together send a video a mp4 file to show the item does not work. I made payment for this order Number #[protected]. The seller said cannot supply on the messenger service, and asked me to cancel the order. I cannot cancel because the order status is shipped with tracking number. The seller has made false a claim to Alibaba of shipping a part which has not been shipped. It will be 86 days before the shipping time will expire. meanwhile I cannot get my money back until then. In this case the order is more than $600USD which is a lot of money to be sitting in the sellers account. So is the seller using customers money to finance their business?
I have been using Alibaba for purchases for my business. I have made so far more than 400 purchases. This is a problem that needs to be fixed to build confidence with your customers

Disposable masks
Over the course of a few months, I made 3 orders for disposable masks. Since I am based in Europe, I ordered them to be shipped from Europe. I noticed that with each product I ordered the tracking provided indicated that they were shipped from China and sent to a different country. This indicated that tracking was fake. When I repeatedly informed Aliexpress of this abuse they simply said that seller shipped the order and that I should wait fr the order! Also, contacting Aliexpress is very hard. In my complaints I mentioned that they are supprting crooked sellers through the various illegal loopholes they allow.

Goods Which I Purchased From A Seller On Aliexpress
I purchased 3 wigs from a seller called Joy & Beauty Wigs Store on the 9th February 2021.
The items arrived in the UK on the 24th February 2021. I refused delivery of the item on the 26th February 2021 at exactly 12:10 P.M.
I have since then contacted both aliexpress and the seller to inform them that the goods have been refused and the status has been updated to show that the package was subsequently delivered to the sender 4PX Express UK Co. Ltd on the 3rd March 2021.

The order number in question is [protected]. I have received no assistance and or co-operation from neither aliexpress or the seller regarding this matter. I have had enough and would like this matter sorted out as soon as possible. Thank you.

'Free Return' promotion on product page not honored
End of February I ordered a body-wearable cam in the intention to use it for recording of meetings (screenshot of product page added below).
It turned out that the sound was barely audible. A software-patch received after contacting the seller lead to a slight improvement, but not enough for the purpose I had ordered the cam.
A dispute was opened in the intention of having a full refund.
AliExpress considered dispute invalid as not enough evidence, which was due to the fact that I did not manage to upload large video files (80 MB) when I filed the complaint.
The suggestion was nevertheless to provide refund after return of goods.
However, shipping the cam back to China would cost me 15 Euros or more (depending on carrier chosen), i.e. not worthwhile considering total price of goods of 40 Eur.
On the other hand on the product presentation page of AliExpress website the goods is offered including 'Free Return' (screenshot again below).
Attempts to contact AliExpress to make them aware of this failed as there is no way to contact them except a chat with a 'bot' that only leads to FAQs.
Desired outcome: Return of goods for free and full refund as promised on product presentation page
