Airtel review: doubling telephone rates after collecting money

This company charged 'Overseas Talk Time' at a rate of 1.5 cents/minute. It agreed for 3333 minutes for US$50.00. However, it suddenly doubled its rates to about 3cents/minute, reducing available talk time to only 1120 minutes for $35.20, instead of 2347 minutes. The company is NOT related to honest company 'Bharati Air Tel', located in India. The working of Air Tel USA Inc. raises lot of questions about transparency and honesty and need to be investigated by Law enforcement authority as well as FCC for misusing American market and radio Frequency.
The purported response on your web site by Mr. Shekhar Sharma, Customer Relations manager of Air Tel USA Inc. is very wrong. The Company has been short changing its customers and need to be investigated thoroughly.
