Airtel Prepaid Service — bad customer care + ivr
Hi , I never had any problem with your service overall even though its expensive but its really a nightmare contacting your customer care, i really avoid talking or even calling your toll free numbers. 1)The IVR which you guys have, it doesn't have any easy way to speak to the representative directly and now the VOICE SYSTEM that you have introduced it SUCKS badly, i speak the same exact word again eg CUSTOMER CARE your system doesn't recognize it and it hungs up on me.2)And above all when i m connected after a a lot of hard work the agent of your company puts the cal on hold and disconnects after some time. I wanted airtel live service on my cell from last 10 months now the issue never got resolved and after all the worst exp. which i had with your company (Customer care)i was pissed off and i never called back.... Please ensure customer satisfaction otherwise me and my family will switch over to HUTCH as their Cust service is good. But we don't want to do that as we like airtel. And i m not blaming anyone , just putting forward my suggestion thats it. To implement or not is your wish entirely.
