Hotel booking not as per agreed
Hi.
I booked from Agoda in Muscat oman hotel i.e. Secure inn, when we reached then we found that hotel booking is without family that not allowed to us.
Than we paid 22 riyal for further for breakfast another bed for the same room,
we go to the room, then we found room not a large for family then difficult to us with family to stay there, Then we paid further 54 Riyal for neighbor room.

Booking cancellation
Due to covid we have decided we need to cancel our booking. We have contacted both Agoda and the hotel we are staying with. The hotel has agreed to waive the booking charge and refund our money. We then sent these emails to Agoda to show the hotel has agreed to the refund. We are getting the same email back from Agoda constantly saying that they have refused the refund. We have attached the email and screenshots as proof as Agoda are not only acknowledging the email or screenshot they are constantly replying with the same email. Exact same wording and not addressing any of our outlined issues.
We were informed by the hotel that Agoda is holding onto the money and they haven't received any of it.

I paid an extra 50 euros at the hotel
This morning (28 Nov 2021) when I wanted to check out of the hotel, they said I had to pay an extra 50 euros but they couldn't explain to me why I had to pay. you can see the invoices attached. I didn't have time to tell the hotel staff that they were wrong, because I had to travel to the airport. I checked out at 5:40 in the morning. instead of coming back relaxed from the hotel, I left infringed and very sad because this should not happen to anyone who travels

Hotel booking
I've booked a room for 2 nights through agoda Booking ID [protected]. I also made the full payment online through my debit card to avoid any hurdles post arrival. I also got my confirmation which clearly stated paid and booked. But, after I reached the hotel, the hotel authorities completely denied to give me any room because they don't take online payments and they have denied the Agoda company to book any rooms through online payment. I showed them my confirmation bill, but they denied to give me the room. Afterwards I had to repay for the same room at the hotel, because it was an emergency to get a place to stay. I tried to cancel my booking to get partial refund, but there also it stated that online cancellation is not available. I'm mentally and financially tortured and aggrieved by the acts of Agoda. And I want my full money of both the payments back asap.
Desired outcome: Full Compensation of Rs. 4000 (online payment + offline at the hotel)
Taxes misleading
When we came to Maldives our Agoda booking had assured us all the taxes have been paid for. However when we checked out, we were told there is another tax to pay. The Agoda website never indicated which taxes were paid or not.
This has impacted our stay as we only came with a certain amount of spending money. We now have to pay for a tax we weren't even informed of.
Desired outcome: Money back on the taxes paid.
Pudu inn hotel
My booking id is [protected] . I booked this hotel on 17/11/21 from agoda and check in on 22/11/21. The room condition is so bad As you can see from the attached photo and video below. I'm very shock with the room condition where there was moss and cigarettes head on the window . The aircon is not working and have a weird smell when the aircon was on. there's no tv and we saw a few alive crocroache in the toilet. It was totally different from what shown on the website. You should not let this room out for booking when the condition is this bad. We try to ask the receptionist to change room but they say there's only one family room in this hotel. The receptionist was so impatient and shout at me fiercely who claim he had no receive any complain from other previous customer. Have a really bad experience and I book this hotel for 2 night which cost me rm139. We didn't manage to stay here and check out right on the spot. I would like to demand for a refund and please check this out so that will be no others victim in the future. Thank you.

I tried to book in at the venue but was told that they were fully booked and that they had no confirmation of booking on their side. They also said that the contact number was wrong. I called the number and reached a guy who lives two houses down and said to me that this had happened a few times before.
The lady at venue confirmed the pics and address but I couldn't book in, this cost me a lot, as I missed my appointment which I traveled 5 and a half hours for and I had to book another place.
Please resolve this issue ASAP.

Agoda website forced a same date stay than what I had entered and not good customer service

On October 5, 2021 I was looking to book Hotel ZaZa in Houston for A November stay, I entered the date needed, November 10, and the website pulled up the available rooms. I chose one and gave necessary information, and with only one click of computer I was booked! It displayed October 5 stay, at 11:00 pm, I wasn't even in Houston or Texas for that matter.
I quickly called the hotel to let them know I will not be staying as the booking company forced the wrong date of stay. Gave her my name and she said that would be fine and they would take care of it and no need to hold that room as I am not even there. I said I would call Agoda as well because since it was a third party booker she could not move any further with a written cancellation… so I call Agoda, he said he would have to speak with the manager and he would call back. He did not call back, so I called Agoda back, keep in mind at this time it is close to midnight on October 5. Anyway no answer. Agoda knows the story after that, I was sent a few emails that they got word they asked why I disputed the charge with their bank that they were contacted by them. The same credit card company I use "Chase" neither company will work with me on this and I'm out over $250. Somebody got my money, and the service was not provided to me ie hotel stay. I want my money back. I was robbed.

Booked accomodation but tried to cancel same day
I had booked a hotel at around 10am in the morning. By 5pm on the same day I had received some very bad news relating to a sudden death in the family.
I contacted Agoda to inform them of my situation and tried to cancel the hotel and claim a refund or, swap it for vouchers or amend the dates to next year.
I wasn't successful in either of the above of which I think this is a disgrace, that they are simply happy to take your money, especially in these strange times that we are in.

I am complaining about wrong size rooms were provided with low facility
We made booking through Agoda hotel booking app for Mount Abu trip on 15th November to 17th Novber in Eminence Hotel (Palm Residency). My concern is that we have been provided shorter rooms against our booking. My booking IDs are [protected] and [protected]. We made booking for 215 sq ft rooms with 2 king bed in Deluxe rooms. But we provided short room by 120 sq ft with 1 king bed. Secondly we made booking for Cozy deluxe room with 215 sq ft according to their booking site but we provided same small size 120 sq ft room. We need assistance for refund from booking app or hotel authorities. I am attaching pdf file for reference of measures and how we have been cheated.
No answer from the property on the day of check in
We have booked an apartment for 1 night at Luxury Apartment|100mLRT, Private lift, Midvalley at 2 Jalan Kerinchi, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Check-in was supposed to be on Sunday, November 21, 2021. But the client did not answer our calls and reply to our emails on the day of check-in. We try to contact the client number but there was no answer. The number provided is 60-[protected] and the email is [protected]@gmail.com. Now we need a refund as we did not even sleep there and the client did not even answer all of our calls. We request a full refund and action to be taken to the client as he might be scamming other people in the future.

The Inn boutique hotel, bar and restaurant in St Helier, Jersey.
Dirty carpets throughout all communal areas. Heating on timers, my room was freezing, so much they had to lend me an electric portable heater. Restaurant food was so bad and below par and we sent it back. My room key failed and they had no lights supplying the room and also so did the hot water. They changed my room, I had to move all my property at 1.30 am by torchlight as there was no power to room 207. Dreadful. All of this is bad management. 1 star for excellent breakfast and good staff.

With COVID last two years Australia have not been able to travel oversea, my original booking made in Singapore for 30 March 2020 out 3 April. After all this time there has been no international travel for Australia in going overseas.
I changed the booking a few times hoping to get there last date being March 2021...I have NOT 'completed' this reservation or been in Singapore and will not be there in the future.
Regardless of hotel 'policy' and due to COVID which is not the customers fault I require a full refund of my original booking AUS $424.88.
Today 22 Nov 2021 I spoke to Makishha (Agoda Complaints) on the phone asking for return of my payment, saying he will apply for refund. Agoda customer service keep delaying any action to my requests for nearly two years by email not even receiving a credit so now under the circumstances of such delays and COVID I want a full refund to my credit card.

Made a booking but did not get the homestay
I have made a booking via agoda apps, my credit card have been charged and when i arrived at the homestay, the owner said he did not received my booking! I have to book another homestay and be charged again. Plase agoda do something to improve your service. And i couldnt find ant contact number or email to file a complaint. All the number will be answered by machine. I need to talk to REAL PEOPLE not machine!
Hotel Booking
I have booked Hotel Citadel Hyderabad on 15/11/21 for two days 22-24/11/21, but no confirmation or booking number given to me. The booking amount Rs. 9806.96 has been deducted from credit card on 20/11/21.
It is cheating. Please cancel my booking and revert the amount deducted from my credit card.
Overcharged from quoted/displayed price
Hi guys, I enquired online about an 11-night stay in Sydney. Agoda offered me a "fantastic" deal if I agreed to swap rooms mid-way through my stay.
I was quoted
5 nights at $88 = $440
6 nights at $85 = $510
Total 11 nights = $950
When I completed checkout I was charged $1, 047.
I contacted AGODA and was intitally told it was because of different room rates, I attached a screenshot of my booking disproving it. They then replied saying the extra charge was taxes & fees, I then re-sent the screenshot showing their website says the price displayed includes all taxes and fees. They then replied it was because it was two separate bookings. I then replied it was their website who broke up the booking into two and there was no way to complete it one transaction as there were two different invoices to be paid.
The continue to lie and make up dodgy excuses, I am happy to forward on the conversation history to you.
Desired outcome: Refund of overcharge of $97 or cancel the whole booking and refund the lot.
Against room booking
I have booked a room in Triada hotel Taksim Istanbul via Agoda but today i checked in and there is no lift. The rooms without lift were of other category and there was nothing mentioned in my booking. Also room is smelly and there is no locker to place belongings which is a very basic

7stonez suites midhills genting
On 28 Oct I checked into the 7stones suites, during registration I had to pay RM200 deposit. I later checked out on 29 Oct and was informed that the deposit will be transferred back to me within 3 business days. It is currently 16 Nov and I still did not received my money even tho we have called 7stonez suites multiple times.
