Ten onrechte bedrag van 51, 57€ gedebiteerd van mijn rekening (visa). Heb op 23 / 11 een poging gemaakt om hotel boeking te maken, helaas niet gelukt. Heb geen e-mail ontvangen ter bevestiging. Transactie is volgens visa gebeurd op 26/11. Heb ook het het hotel gecontacteerd en daar hebben ze me trouwens ook gezegd dat ik daar nooit ben geregistreerd ben geweest en geen boeking te bespeuren was. Hopend op een spoedig antwoord en rechtzetting.

A complaint in the invalid booking id which is [protected] and confirmation number sent by agoda to henann garden which up to this time agoda customer service did not resolve so am refunding my money which they are also giving me a hard time!agoda customer service made a commitment to me that they will resolve my case by contacting their booking partner for the invalid booking id they gave me but its been a week and yet they did not resolve my problem!having a booking at henann garden is the provision given to me by henann regency to refund my money for free so henann regency cannot go on with the approval of my refund because henann garden cannot confirm my booking because of the invalid booking id which agoda have them!

Booked a room via agoda for Leisure Lodge in Diani Kenya, but the room booked was not available ans Agoda has been deceptive in providing cancellation, subsequent refund as they can't not provide with a service/room that is not available. The hotel has contacted them on several occasions to say no availability. However, Agoda has refused to acknowledge that communication.

Made a booking
Arrived and no one there knew anything about it
Spent 7 hours trying to message text email and call to try and get help
Was stranded with my daughter with nowhere to stay
Hotel reception didn't know anything about my booking
Got the last room at 7pm last night
Ate tea went to bed and drove home this morning
Was promised the $35 difference in costs and extra compensation
Got offered $11 usd
I will Sue for time off work, petrol, food, full refund and stress damages we were scared and got no holiday whatsoever because of Agoda false booking

The hotel I stayed at is supposed to issue me a refund of $90.00 and I spoke with someone from Agoda on 11/29 and they said they would refund. I have yet to receive it and I cannot get in touch with anyone to resolve. Please help. I also was overcharged for the room and want to know why. I received the statement from the hotel and it is $58.76 less than what Agoda charged me.

Want a refund for $148.76. Delaney is the manager you can speak with at the hotel. There was a terrible vibration in the wall behind the headboard that prompted the $90.00 refund.

The hotel insisted that the booking was the room different from the picture they had on Agoda. They stupidly said to me that Agoda was owned by Expedia, the room was the regular king size bed room not the room indicated on Agoda that I used. It was the least desirable, extremely disrespectful hotel that I hated. They think I am stupid or they are so stupid that they just can't do anything right to me. It's want all the money and time back. Terrible people, and the wrong booking details.they also had the disgusting food garbage in the refrigerator on the first day. The worst of the worst.

I did not receive a confirmation email and have been unable to cancel this booking for the Fiji Gateway Hotel in Nadi, Fiji for 12 December 2021. When I tried to cancel it earlier I was unable to because the online system informed me that there was no such booking with that number. When it was registered on my credit card today that is when I realised that you were still holding the booking.

On the 4/12/2021 I booked two stays my first booking was budds surfers paradise and second booking bunks surfers paradise. Both booking were cancelled by each hotel company due to not fitting the criteria both places guaranteed a refund minus a small fee though I have not received a refund at all can you please help me

Booked and paid for a property for up to 6 people in Cardiff several months ago. 2 of the girls went to the address given in our confirmed booking on the 3 of Dec only to be told by the owner of the property that it is no longer a rented property and has not been for some time. I was alerted to this and rang customer service at 16.15 where they informed me that it would not be a problem to cancel and refund me so that I can book another property to stay in as none of the 4 of us that was staying live in Cardiff. We all had to travel here and as a result we're stranded with no where to stay thanks to agoda falsely advertising this property. At 8.30pm I received an email to say that the property has been cancelled but that I'm not getting a refund. I checked my booking on the app to find that agoda have claimed that my booking was cancelled on the 2 of Dec even though the cancellation email was only sent on the 3rd so they're time line is incorrect but done in an obvious attempt to not refund me even though the service I booked and paid for was not only not received but also did not exist. At this moment in time we still have no where to stay for the night and agoda seems to think that in this time of high rates of violence against women that it is acceptable to leave us stranded here

I would like to make my complain against Agoda company for Misleading advertisment and claim money return in reservation which was made in Hotel Marco Polo Dubai.
After we arrived to hotel we were met by loud music at reception which was proudly presented by reception that they have 10 clubs here (we were asked to have a quite room), so before check-in we decided we will go and see a room. One room they wanted to show us was on top floor (422), after we exit elevator we were shocked by open room with around 5-6 woman sitting inside and waiting (it looked like massage salon or something even worse)… we continue to our room which was supposed to be at corner of hotel, but it was locked (then hotel staff told us that it is probably renovated)
So we went to second floor (room 221 I think)
Room was smelling after cigarettes, but strongly refreshed
This hotel would not met 2 stars standard in my point of view and it waspresented as a 4 stars hotel at Agoda web page. According to the Agoda page it was also promised that the money will be charged at the hotel property however it was taken from my account right after the booking was completed. I consider both things a misleading advertisement.
It was big mistake that we did booking for 5 nights…
I would like to ask you for money return as we would be never able to stay in such a hotel.
Strongly recommend to everyone to stay away from this hotel, or even do business with them.

I'd like to make a complaint about ‘Stay Easy' a Tsogo sun brand in Rustenburg. We made a booking through a 3rd party website called agoda.com. No issues for days we booked for were stipulated on any of the 3rd party booking sites. We got to the hotel Tuesday evening 30th November. Our first experience was with a lady receptionist who worked the shift before Joseph. She kept asking how and why our booking went through because they haven't been having hot water, wifi and their pool wasn't in a usable condition from Saturday.

The hotel is being advertised with services that they're not offering however; you're still required to pay the full amount plus tourism levies that are also not stipulated on the 3rd party websites or terms and conditions when you book. Had we known the problems they face currently, we would've considered alternatives before driving from a different province, we tried to find alternatives even as we got there but most of them were fully booked, so the options we had were to stay with ‘Stay Easy' since they allowed us to book or to drive back to a different province late at night.

I'm disappointed with the misleading advertisement and the lack of empathy from Willie the manager at ‘Stay Easy Hotel' concerning our complaint.

I've made a booking for Genting Swiss Garden at Agoda.com this morning. When i click the book button, an error message pop-up stated that the error was due to room availability and it straight go to the room page without giving me any notification or message. After few seconds, I received a sms stated that my credit card was charged. I tried to search the booking by using email and last 4 digit of credit card, but couldn't find any booking made. I make a report and ask for help, but the customer service insist me to provide booking id. I didn't receive any confirmation or notice from Agoda. How to provide them? Try to call customer service, the automated system ask for booking ID again. What is this? If i have booking ID, what for I call in and ask your assistance? Please be smart enough to handle problem. I wanted to make sure Agoda cancel my booking and not charging me for your error.

I booked from Agoda in Muscat oman hotel i.e. Secure inn, when we reached then we found that hotel booking is without family that not allowed to us.

Than we paid 22 riyal for further for breakfast another bed for the same room,

we go to the room, then we found room not a large for family then difficult to us with family to stay there, Then we paid further 54 Riyal for neighbor room.

Due to covid we have decided we need to cancel our booking. We have contacted both Agoda and the hotel we are staying with. The hotel has agreed to waive the booking charge and refund our money. We then sent these emails to Agoda to show the hotel has agreed to the refund. We are getting the same email back from Agoda constantly saying that they have refused the refund. We have attached the email and screenshots as proof as Agoda are not only acknowledging the email or screenshot they are constantly replying with the same email. Exact same wording and not addressing any of our outlined issues.
We were informed by the hotel that Agoda is holding onto the money and they haven't received any of it.

This morning (28 Nov 2021) when I wanted to check out of the hotel, they said I had to pay an extra 50 euros but they couldn't explain to me why I had to pay. you can see the invoices attached. I didn't have time to tell the hotel staff that they were wrong, because I had to travel to the airport. I checked out at 5:40 in the morning. instead of coming back relaxed from the hotel, I left infringed and very sad because this should not happen to anyone who travels

I've booked a room for 2 nights through agoda Booking ID [protected]. I also made the full payment online through my debit card to avoid any hurdles post arrival. I also got my confirmation which clearly stated paid and booked. But, after I reached the hotel, the hotel authorities completely denied to give me any room because they don't take online payments and they have denied the Agoda company to book any rooms through online payment. I showed them my confirmation bill, but they denied to give me the room. Afterwards I had to repay for the same room at the hotel, because it was an emergency to get a place to stay. I tried to cancel my booking to get partial refund, but there also it stated that online cancellation is not available. I'm mentally and financially tortured and aggrieved by the acts of Agoda. And I want my full money of both the payments back asap.

When we came to Maldives our Agoda booking had assured us all the taxes have been paid for. However when we checked out, we were told there is another tax to pay. The Agoda website never indicated which taxes were paid or not.
This has impacted our stay as we only came with a certain amount of spending money. We now have to pay for a tax we weren't even informed of.
