Someone should really take a close look at affordable denture. I've read many of the reviews on them and they all are the same. I too am complaining about how the dentures fit (or don't fit). They fall out of your mouth and they really hurt. The bad thing about it is the dentist (Dr. Simmons) talks to you as if you are dumb. She told me the pain was all in my mind which I deeply resented. I have had to take two days off from work (without pay) for them to try and make them work. The work they do is awful. I called on 9/9 again trying to get in to see someone. I am an educator and I cannot go to work without my dentures. They said I could come in one week from the day I called. I explained to them that I was in excruciating pain. They told me not to wear them until then. The service is awful. I would like for someone to take the time that is needed to make the dentures so that they will fit properly. If most of the people are complaining about the same thing then it has to be some truth to the complaints. This company should be investigated and some type of action should be taken. I would like for someone to please contact me and let me know what if anything can be done with these dentures or refund my money. My chart # is 003452. The billing date is 8/25/2015. I want a full refund /they did surgery on my upper gums which I didn't need, But the dentist said ; I did even though I wore dentures for 40 years I had no problems keeping them in .The dentist said, he wouldn't sign his name on them with out the surgery /he said with the surgery they would fit great, he did the surgery he took much longer then he said he would, he cut to much on my right side then the left side he cut more then he told me he was going to, leaving it uneven on top gums . then after waiting longer then he said, I finally was called in for a fitting . the dentures were a mess the left side had all back teeth missing . they were uneven, to thick, now I have to find another dentist to help me try to fix the mess he made in my mouth, and try to make a another set of dentures . surgery and denture cost me total of 3715. I want full REFUND
same issues here! waited from 7 am to 4;30 pm "Bridgeport WV" must have been 80 patients waiting all day! no one there is professional! they are MEAN! push your head back against chair cram two very large deep metal plates in your extremely sore mouth walk away! lips puffed way out like baboon dentist comes in notices they are not straight and yanks top plate to the side more"the putty was almost set when she did this" shakes her head with disgust, leaves...OH MY GOD THE PAIN! no mirror, no try in, no adjustment on alignment, no measurement of proper bite, lips NOTHING done right! paid for premium, plus immediate...after complete extraction the first set didn't even fit in my mouth, they were wrong. 1 week visit they tried sanding them down to fit, i couldn't even squish an olive! made me wait 2 weeks did new impression..."warped" dentures "literally" I told them, showed them and still they just tried to add more liner to adjust the crocked bit! my dentures "literally" slanted in my mouth! so obvious when i smiled to show them. told me my mouth was shaped that way! might have to surgically remove the bone along gum line to get a better fit!
