Affordable Dentures & Implants / Affordable Care

I had 18 teeth pulled and got my temporary dentures on April 24, 2015. I went in so excited to be be getting new teeth, but now 7 months later, am very disappointed with the results of my new teeth and the service I received. The person who I mostly dealt with, Heather, wasn't friendly at all. I told her I didn't want the bottom dentures, but it was like she wouldn't take no for an answer. I rarely wore the temporary dentures, because they hurt due to bone slivers in my gums and after my gums started healing, they were too big . They charge to have them relined on top of the $3100 already paid so I couldn't afford to have it done. When I got my final set, the girl came in, put them in my mouth, never gave me a mirror, and said to have a nice day. They were horrible. They were too long and I looked like Bugs Bunny. When I went back the next week, they acted like I was a big pain in their butt. The guy who made them even said they looked bad. He was about the only friendly person working there. After they did new impressions to remake them, they asked me how they were, and I told them 3 times that it felt like they were sticking out like buck teeth, but the dentist and Heather kept telling me they weren't worried about how they feel at that point, but how they look. Then they had me sign a paper before they would remake them. So now here I am, $3100 later, not wearing my dentures because it still feels like I have buck teeth and they don't look good on me at all. I wish I had went somewhere else. The higher price would have been well worth it. I will never recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone! Chart # 019352
