Activision review: Unreasonable ban

Ive spent roughly £60 on the game after getting it 5-6 days ago , since then ive played verdansk casual and a lot of multiplayer in order to get dark matter. Im on an average kd of 2.5 , which shows that i am not cheating due to the fact it would be higher. I had used bot lobbies in order to finish my melees , which may show a spike in my stats however it has been said thats unbannable if not used for ranked or smurfing in order to get a competitive advantage. I was banned for unauthorized software & manipulation of game data , however I have never cheated nor changed any files within my game. My username is ace2x#6627530 and I request the information of which I was banned upon as I have no softwares that will give me an advantage ingame , Ive heard DS4 windows may fall into that category however Ive never launched that at the same time as black ops 6 due to that being a controller emulator I use in order to play minecraft bedrock on my pc with a ps4 controller ( as they only support xbox controllers). If possible I request a technician to check through my pc in order to find what was flagged on my account , and hopefully help in getting the account unbanned. I am happy to let them check through everything , including whatever files were flagged as unauthorized, and those files will be deleted from my computer immediately , as I know Ive never tried to cheat and this may be something thats occured due to software Ive used for other games in which its allowed for.
