My account (details in photos) Permanently banned from a game and FALSELY accused of using unauthorised software and manipulating game data, have done nothing of the sort and have spent hundreds of dollars on battle pass/ skins and games. Submitted a ticket, [protected] Explaining that I had just moved house, and sometimes login at another address when travelling and have never used external software to gain advantage in game. I asked for support to explain how this might have happened, and recieved only a generic response with no further clarification how this could have happened.
I have spent hundreds to thousands of dollars on transactions buying the games linked to the account and items within the game and have never once manipulated it for my own gain. I log in, update and play and have no interest in cheating nor the knowledge or means to do so.
I have not been able to speak to a real person and have not been able to find any information as to why this has occurred. Just an email with no opportunity to reply and no further clarification. Please help.
