Activision review: Call of duty false ban

Good morning. About 325 days ago I was banned during the black ops 6 beta. I didn’t even play the game after the first day, but I was banned a week after I refunded the title due to being unsatisfied. The reason I was offered was that it was caused by “game manipulation”, which I’ve done none of the sort. I assume this could’ve been caused because I uninstalled the beta through the steam dlc menu instead of in-game (photo of this menu for mw2 provided). Still, uninstalling and reinstalling through this menu has worked without a hitch up until this point and shouldn’t be a ban able offense, so the reasonings behind the ban are puzzling for me.
