I have a Steam Deck and figured I would try installing Call of Duty Black Ops Coldwar on it with the official Battlenet launcher, but the menu was all choppy so I quit and uninstalled it. Got an email that I am now perm banned which spans across PC and console. I cannot let this go, CoD is my life blood for gaming and I made a mistake, had no idea that was against the rules, like why does it let you even install it if it's against the rules. I need the ban changed to temp or removed as this is theft of goods.

Desired outcome: Ban changed to temp or removed or refund of $120 + tax for the game I bought on Xbox, PS5, and PC
