I walk in to shop in the girl's section, lady busy mopping, tells me its wet, please dont walk there.

I tell her, ok, what would you like me to do, I would very much like to shop here, I think to be mopping at this time in very unprofessional.

She then continues with such an attitude, asking me "when is she supposed to mop, its nearly home time"
Its 16:15, the shop closes at 18:00? WHY ARE THEY ****** MOPPING WHILE THERE IS CUSTOMERS IN THE SHOP? WHY?

I will tell you why. She wants to have her things ready, that at 17:59 she can be locking up and leaving, that's why! Is there no one capable enough to tell the staff that this is not good customer service? Surely, they should know that you either mop before you open the doors at 09:00 in the morning, or you do it after 18:00. Your choice.

Can someone please explain this thought proses, or is there no thought proses? Surely the owner of this shop should be very concerned. It's so unprofessional. And then giving me lip about it, I mean what?

I will simply take my money somewhere else, its simple.

Ackerman's, your staff is making you look very bad.
