Ackermans review: Poor service I got when I was in store

I am a customer Olwethu Baleni and who went to Akermans to buy myself a Huawei Mobile WiFi router I was assisted by a lady whom I can't remember her name and her scanner was not working at the time and she asked Star to assist me and indeed he tried to assist but he told me that his pc is not able to Rica so he sent me back to the lady and the lady did not ric my Sim card another lady was who I think is their manager or what told the lady to give me the Sim card and I must go home and I asked them what am I suppose to do with the Sim card that is not going to work so they asked me to write my details down for them still I asked them are they going to call me and let me know when they have done it and a guy by the name Olo promised me that he is going to call me it was Tuesday the 20th of this month till today the Sim card is not working and no call from the store please deal with this as I am not happy with the service I got when there my number is [protected]
