Accredo’s entire system is a dumpster fire—mismanaged, chaotic, and utterly unreliable. I cannot trust them with something as vital as dispensing my medication. The endless runaround, the broken promises, the total lack of accountability—this has been one of the most stressful, maddening experiences of my life. If you value your health and peace of mind, stay far away from Accredo. Look elsewhere, because this is NOT how a healthcare provider should treat its patients.
