DEMAND to have your prescription moved. Talk to your doctor. We’ve had issues refilling medication on numerous occasions. Usually, a few days. The worst occasions were two weeks. Today its three weeks and counting. The current excuse is “the prescription is under a 72-hour review.” I got their FULL attention when the hospital called on our behalf to explain that a 72-hour review does not take three weeks. They must have finally used their fingers and toes to count the days. I cannot continue to put my son through this abuse. Talk to your doctor, request moving your prescription to another pharmacy.
