Even though they have been given both the primary & secondary insurances, they caused a 2 week gap in my son getting his monthly injection. As of April, we have switched to another specialty pharmacy. Yesterday, we received an almost $2k bill, where again, the secondary insurance was not billed. Over the 2 week gap, both myself and the doctor's office were calling on a daily basis and they still have the secondary insurance messed up. If your physician sends medication to this "specialty" pharmacy, please use another one.
