Accredo Health Group – critical meds delayed repeatedly, ruining effectiveness

This pharmacy is horrendous. My sons prescription that needs to be taken on time has been delayed numerous times. Every time he misses a dose the medication becomes less effective. I have filed a formal complaint with Express scripts but nothing gets resolved. If anyone knows of any ongoing lawsuits I would like to join. They should be put out of business. I am currently looking for a new specialty pharmacy that will be considered in network.
