So when I first got my prescription approved it took months to get my delivery scheduled due to "computer issues" and such. I never got a straight answer no matter how many complaints I placed or how many supervisors I spoke too. Now upon attempting to refill my medication they were saying the insurance information that mind you never changed because I have tricare was different. I call back to update them with my information to only be told the information that they had was correct and a paid claim was sent to tricare. I waws told three days ago that an expedited review was sent so that I could get my medication within 24-48 hours because I missed a dose already. I call back today 72 hours later to be told "I see that he sent an expedited message but no one ever read it so I can send another one." You should get a call back in 24-48 hours to schedule delivery. Is this how this pharmacy treats military veterans and their families? What happens if this is heart medication or something I need to keep me alive? TRICARE NEEDS TO STOP LETTING EXPRESS SCRIPTS USE THIS PHARMACY THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND NEVER HAVE AN ANSWER FOR ANY QUESTIONS!

Recommendation: HAVE TRICARE AND EXPRESS SCRIPTS USE ANYTHING BUT THIS PHARMACY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AND CAN NEVER GET ANYTHIGN DONE!!
