Wish there was a way to give zero stars. I have been getting my daughters medication from Accredo for a few years - it is always a hassle and we miss doses due to them running me in circles to get it filled. Currently been trying to get medication since June and get the same song and dance. They need something from the doctor, they need something from insurance, they say they have everything, set up delivery only to call and cancel it the day of. Every time you call you get someone new and they start the whole process over again. I have escalated the issue probably 5 times and get nowhere! I'm not sure how this business survives. Worst service I have ever had with a specialty pharmacy!
