I’ve been waiting for a prescription since 3/19/26. I called Accredo on 3/31/26, 12 days later, to be informed that they don’t have my medical insurance information to process this prescription. Did you think about contacting the patient (me) or the doctor’s office who wrote the script? Nooooooooooo.
Today 4/3/26 nothing has changed, no filled prescription, same status as before “Pharmacist verification in progressâ€.
Recommendation: Don’t bother, they won’t fill your script and they surely won’t ever contact you for missing information
A restart due to internal processing delays is not acceptable and is delaying medically necessary treatment. I will be filing a complaint with state regulators if this isn’t resolved immediately.
