On 12th october2009 I received one parcel from Tradingplant, The coach house, Unin street, BS-27, 3 N.A, UNITED KINGDOM. I did not taken the parcel I refused the parcel. i saw a phone number at the top of the parcel it is 0011-[protected] and [protected] I contacted the phone number but no reply for the phone. I did not ordered any material how the parcel came sir.

I request you to kindly consider my case and do justice. I did not ordered why should I suffer in mental and financial sir. Reply soon.

    As recommended on the OPRAH Show, I ordered the 14-day trial offer and agreed to pay for shipping & handling ONLY, $3.95. My credit card was billed immediately on 7-24-08 for $3.95 + $0.11 unauthorized FRGNFEE. The trial product was not received until August 4, 2008. This contained 15 tablets plus a bottle of 60 tablets. On August 15, 2008 another delivery of 60 tablets with a notice that I now had been charged $87.31 for their product and would be additionally charged the $87.31 every 45 days. I contacted this company on August18, 2008 to cancel any and all deliveries and notified I had not authorized this shipment and expected the charge to be withdrawn and credited to my VISA. I was told this could not be done and would not be done as I had not cancelled within the 14 day trial period. I suggested they calculate their time period based upon their own records of delivery and I would return the product and expect full credit. I was told they had a NO RETURN policy and they would cancel further orders but I was on the hook for this $87.31. I hung up, contacted my VISA card account and began dispute of charges and told I wanted a stop payment to this company. I have gone on line to show my dispute to you, have contacted the OPRAH show to indicate false pretenses and will contact our state attorney general's office and Better Business Bureau.

    Please note: I ordered ACAI BERRY, but literature enclosed with product I received indicates this product is actually Nu-Bodi Hoodia with Green Tea. This is false advertising as well.

    I ordered Acaiberry trial size for around $4. I got a charge on my card for that amount but I then got a charge on my card for $74.95 after that. I only received a small supply. I never did order anything else from them. I would like my money back for this Charge.

    for $5.95 I requested a free sample. As soon as I received my trial offer I tried to cancel my order and could not. I called the 800 number, they took my name and number and said I would get a call back. For two days I called and waited. I was told I could go on line and cancel my order at the web site listed. I was taken to an on line chat and respectfully told my order was canceled and no further orders would be charged. THAT WAS FALSE!!! My first clue that this was turning into a nightmare was when there was no return call, my second clue was no confirmation email. I tried googling mytrialsupport.com and when I did the only hits coming up first were COMPLAINTS!. I immediately called my credit card company and I was told there were several orders pending!!. I had no recourse but to cancel the card. I am VERY THANKFUL to this web site for helping me deal with this immediately. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for providing this complaints board, and I am sorry my lesson was at the expense of all of you who were taken advantage of. Thank you for being willing to help others like myself.

    i ordered a trail samole and cancelled any further orders but they still put a charge through my bank account in the amount of $79.76. when i tried to reach them the recording said the mail box was full and the estimated wait time would be 35 minutes. scam and fraud.

    The same thing happened to me. Product that I did not order was sent and charged to my account. You call and get a message stating that there is a 30 minute wait, that you should go to www.gohelpnow.com for cancellations, returns or refunds. There is no instructions as how to return the product only cancellations.
    I am cancelling my credit card so they can not charge me any further.
    I any one leagally looking into this?

    Performance Health has been taking money out of my checking Acct. without my permisson. I did not order this product and they have been taking 74.76 out of my acct three times now. I called and can not get anyone to talk to. I want this to stop I don't want their product and want my money back that they took out.
    I just went to their website and did get a trail bottle for 4.95 and that was suppose to be it, but since then they have been sending me 60 days of pills and charging me 74.76 each time this is not what I sign up for and want it to stop. I am calling my bank to not allowe this decution anymore from my acct.

    Was promised a discount as a one time offer providing I contacted them to discontinue if not satisfied. I did! but was sent one bottle of AcaiBerry and charged $ 79.76. I've been unable to contact them through their supposed 45 minute wait on the telephone and the website doesn't help me either. Now they've sent me another bottle which is still in it's packaging and I just want to get rid of it and get my money back and get them out of my life. I am barely living month to month and I'll never try to sample something on line again.

    I ordered a free trial of pure Acai Berry and according to the advertisement, I only had to pay for the shipping and handling an amount of $4.95 But the next month my credit card was charged $ 79.99 for a monthly supply, which i did NOT order. I want this charge TAKEN OF MY CHARGE NOW!!!

    I signed on to receive the free trial for the AcaiBerry. I have a charge on my account for $90.20 that I didn't authorize. I tried to call the company because I didn't realize that it was them who made the charge. It showed up on my statment as ONLINE HEAL. I have put the charge into dispute. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!

    I got the trial sample of Extreme AcaiBerry melt away tablets for $3.95 and I have tried to call and cancel nonstop, by calling [protected] and I'm unable to get through to anyone. So, I called my credit card and canceled it so that I wouldn't receive another charges on my card. That was the only thing that I could think of to do.

    I ordered a free sample of acaiberry and agreed to pay postage. Now I'm getting charged $88.00 for a shipment every 30 days. They cannot be contacted by phone or email or the website they give.
    The entire thing is a fruad!

    I have called three times to cancel this order. I tried returning the product to the mailing address. However, each time the post office indicated their is no such address.

    I finally get a prof of delivery using Certified mail #[protected]

    I have called the phone number that they supply in order to cancel any further orders and I cannot get to speak with anyone.
    The message asks that you contact them through the above web site only to get "no site" found.
    I need to stop them from taking $88 out of my account monthly. I want to cancel further orders

    There was a popup ad on the local news station website. The ad featured Oprah and offered a free trail offer of AcaiBerry-all you had to do was pay $4.95 shipping. When I filled out the order form - giving my credit card number and 3-digit authorization code on the back of the card - I then submited the order. It then prompted me that the credit card didn't go through and to try again. I tried again and the same thing happened. I tried again (like an idiot) and the same thing happened again, so I decided that they really didn't want me to purchase their product (ha!). When I checked my online bank account the next day, I discovered that they had charged my account $44.85 three times!! I have filed a dispute with my bank and the decision to not pay these charges will be decided in the next 10 business days.

    I only found out by checking my bank account online that this company had deducted money from my account without my authorization. I did order the trial and agreed to pay the shipping and handling only for under £3.00. To this date, nothing has arrived and I certainly did not agree for any further money to be taken from my account. I now have had to cancel my card with my bank to ensure they cannot take anymore from my account. I do not know if I will be reimbursed yet as I have to call the dispute dept. in the morning.

    I am very upset and angry that this has happened as I am unable to call this company as there is not a number for UK customers. It is a complete rip off, and they should not be able to get away with this - I want my money back!

    Same thing happening here. I have emailed them 4 times to cancel using the email they gave me. Never get a response as they state "you will receive an email confirming your cancellation" I don't know what to do. I never saw the terms till after I printed out the order. The terms are hideously long and they give you a dozen different phone #'s which none you can get anyone to answer. Any advice would be appreciated.

    i happen to be working with the cusomer service dept of the ACAIBERRY and maybe i have already talked to some of you guys. the problem with y'all is that you dont READ THE F*ING TERMS AND CONDITIONS!! youre all so good complaining now and doing all sorta legal actions, but you never even looked for the terms and conditions to see what youre getting into. for your information, we have a lot of customers are so happy with our system because they were smart enough to look for the T&C and totally understood what to do and what theyre getting involved with. and now that youre charged, all you do is yakitty yak..aw cmon!! y'all so stupid not to know that not everything is all sugar-coated. of course its advertising! we cannot just give free bottles! we're not a company for charitable purpose! so definitely, somewhere along the way, we will be getting income from you guys. and dont tell me this is a SCAM! because if this is, you wont have any customer representative from our company to talk to. its ALL basically youre FAULT!! and DO NOT TELL ME WE'RE NOT ISSUING REFUNDS!! we are doing so, depending on the situation applicable.     There is some issue with the company when I have never even heard of the product and I have unauthorized charges on my credit card.

    I ordered sample for nominal cost. stupid me didn't read all the T&C. Have found out they have now debited my credit card account for $89 on 1st November. I didn't receive the sample until 1st December, how the hell did I now if I wanted anymore, I hadn't even tried them before they took the money. Now want to cancel. Tried ringing but no-one ever answers, only automated answering machine which gives times to ring then goes onto music, hung on the phone 15 minutes still no one answered, too costly to hang on any longer. Tried this link which someone suggested on this web page https://gohelpnow.com/?pl=acai&page=cancel2.2is link, which when I put my e-mail address in and clicked ok, pop up came sorry can't find e-mail address at acai, try again!!! I am now sending letter to cancel, and have also cancelled my credit card so no more money can be debited, which is such a lot of inconvenience.
    Avoid this company with a 100ft barge pole!!!

    I can not get through to your company with the telephone# or website. This is a scam and i want to speak to someone, I have left msgs for AcaiBerry on 11/11/08 for a call back. Please contact me so i can get a refund. There is no indication of any additional costs. It said pay $5.95. No $88.93.

    I did the 14 day trial with the acaiberry for 3.95, they debited my account on 10/26 and didn't ship it until 11/10, it didn't receive it until 11/14, they proceeded to charge 89.31 to my account on 11/17, because the 14 day trial was up, even though I didn't have the opportunity to even try the product. I received a charge to my account by fit-fac on 11/5, both companies have assured me that I will recieve refunds within 10-14 days, that remains to be seen. I plan to contact Oprah's site as well as the better business bureau.

    I ordered AcaiBerry. It was free with a 3.95 postage and handling charge, which I paid. I was charged $29.95 on my credit card which I did not order. Please have this removed from my credit card

    I purchased the trial size of the AcaiBerry product because a friend I trust said it was great. For reasons of my own, I cannot take the product, so I attempted to contact the company to obtain an RMA# which is required to return the merchandise. The number provided on the website and on the bottle [protected] was never answered or it dropped to a dial tone after several rings. The number that came out on my statement [protected], had been disconnected per the recording, and of course if you don't contact them within the 15 day trial period window, you will be automatically charged for the product, which in this case would be 86.00 and 95.00 for both products. A total of over $180.00. I knew it was a scam. I contacted my card company and began the formal dispute process to block these charges. We all need to be more aware of what we are getting into with these types of product offers. Particularly these that include automatic shipments/memberships where you must respond within a specific timeframe. Be more alert when you are out there on the internet. There are always those that will take advantage of us and make it difficult for the legitimate companies and their products.

    Unauthorized charge of $89 on credit I used to pay shipping for free sample. I want no further deliveries and want full refund for layest unauthorized charge.

    I too ordered the "trial sample" for a small S+H fee on
    9-18-08. Then I received a charge on 9-29-08 on my account for $ 47.50 I had recieved not other product. I tried to call the [protected] number only to get a recording. The recording sent me to a website (www.gohelpnow.com) there I succesfully cancelled my order. I have recieved nothing and had no other charges until 11-17-08 when my account was charged 9.95, again with no product. I called the above number and was again directed to the website which was useless, it never came up other than a blank page. I did manage after some time on the internet to find another number [protected], I called a got a live person. I cancelled my order and requested a refund, I was told order was cancelled and no other charges would appear on my account. However on the very next day there was another 9.95 charge again on my account from these people. Again I called still unable to bring up the so called website and spoke with Jennifer, she has asured me that this is now cancelled and that I would recieve a refund of both the 9.95 charges. I guess I will have to wait and see. Thouhg she could not be sure what these charges were for...a full supply cost 47.50, where does the 9.95 come into play? I would advise as many people as possible not to order anything from this company. Good Luck Everyone!!!

    i orded acaiberry and they charged it to my credit card and never sent it.they charged me 29.95 on noverber 11.

    Paid 1.00 for shipping and handling for Acai Berry diet and never received product. Also 29.95 deduction from account twice. Tried calling, had to wait almost an hour and phone get dis-connected. These scams must stop. Now I can't even retreive my money.

    DON'T order this product!!! They offer you a free trial if you just pay shipping and handling. What they don't tell you is that even before you get your free trial in the mail that they also deduct almost $90.00 from your account for your first month of pills that you didn't order in the first place. $90.00 is alot of money-----DO NOT fall for this free trial offer. NOTHING is free.
