Acai Berry unauthorized charges

I ordered (from the web) a free trial size bottle of Acai Berry.
Ad stated just pay postage no additional charge.
I received the product..incidentally it didn't agree with me...and
I was charged for the postage...this was in early November 2009.
Then I received my cc December statement and there were two
charges for products that I did not order or authorize
1) Resuperpure @ 83.95 and 1) fastdieting @88.90. Note neither
of these products were Acai Berry...the statement included a 877
number for each of these charges [protected]. I called this number repeatedly before I finally got an answer and was told that
I had no choice but to pay...obviously I put up a "fuss" about this and
was told they would immediately credit me for the 88.90 but that
I must pay the 83.95...I contacted my cc company, cancelled my
card . Bank of America told me that I needed to contact Acai Berry that I should have "read the small print". So much for cc support (Bank of America business account).
This was several weeks ago and no credit from Acai Berry. So
now what to do. My bank won't support me on this and if I don't
pay the charged amount I will be in arrears on my cc acount
and end up being charged interest.
This is a scam and beware of this.

On june 6th i ordered the sample of this acai berry breeze. on the 13th they charged my card 82.31. when i called them it took over 40 minutes for them to answer the phone. they tried to justify their charges. i told them to refund my money and to forget the free sample i was actually supposed to get. i had to talk to them forever and they said they would take care of it. then the next day they charged my account the 4.95 for the shipping on the free sample. today is the 20th and yesterday althou i told them i didnt want the sample i recevied it in the mail. when i called them they said that i didnt cancel my order in the 15 days that i had to try the product so that is why i was charged the 82, 31. which is a crock of shi_t... so i had to argue with them again. again they said that they would refund my money but i have yet to see it returned to me.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THEY HAVE MADE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT AND WILL NOT RETURN THE MONEY... I am very furious with this company and dont understand how they can charge me for a supply when they hadnt even charged me for the shipping on the FREE sample.. HAVE NOT tried the product and dont want to now i just want my money back!

Got took just like everyone else-called them up to cancel-some guy said ok-do nothing...Now I have a 79.00 charge on my card-finally got ahold of someone and they said I did not cancel in time-I still have the cost-I am going to file complaint like the fella did with the postal service--we just got screwed...hope someone will do what i did not do and research instead of trusting someone... Here is what I did, hopefully it will work:

Their number at [protected] is currently disconnected. I got a new number [protected] from this complaint board

Acai Berry Breeze — trial product

and got thru to (though they refer to themselves when you call as rezVclear) and i told the girl I was trying to get ahold of Berry Breeze and she said yes, and verified my info.

What I did with Colon Cleanse 3000 and Acai Berry Breeze is talk nicely, and verify my information on file with them, such as my address, to confirm they had me in their system. Ask them politely for a tracking number for your trial shipment. They will both say they can't give it to you yet because they don't have it, and you can call and get it in a few days once it's on its way. In this case, ask them if they can tell you who it will be shipped by (FedEx, USPS, DHL) so you can watch out for the package. I also asked to confirm the order number incase (6 digit code from the webpage), and they did confirm each time. Once you have made sure they know who you are, STING THEM WITH A CANCELLATION. Tell them that is your confirmed and clear declaration that you would like to cancel your trial membership and all future shipments and inquiries. Tell them all boxes sent to your address will be refused and returned to sender unopened. They told me they understood and that they will inactivate my account and that I will no longer be receiving orders. I asked them clearly to double check that I am cancelling my subscription, and once the product is returned, I am not held liable based on their Terms and Agreements and she said yes, that's clear. I also told her that if I see any additional charges on my account, that I will have my bank get in touch with them as I have cancelled within my 14 days and she said she understood. I asked them both for a cancellation or confirmation number confirming I had deactivated my account and cancelled. Colon Cleanse 3000 said I would get it in the mail. Acai Berry Breeze said I would get an email. We'll see.

Make sure you are VERY NICE when you start. Get their name. At the end of the call, I even told them I was recording t so they know I have this all on file.

I have cancelled the number i used on my card, and made my bank aware I was suspicious of a fraudulent company. They told me that as long as I followed the direction on the Terms and Agreements (to cancel within 14 days of the order purchase), and I have email proof, and verified phone call times and names, that they can look into this issue further from the bank's side if Acai Berry Breeze or Colon Cleanse 3000 try to hold me liable for more money.

Make sure all packages sent to you are REFUSED and RETURNED TO SENDER no matter what. Ask the postman to leave you a note saying you refused a package from the sender (whoever they are). They might ship from a different name then what you purchased.

PLEASE...if you want to DO something about it, help me get a Class Action LAW SUIT against these people. They 'took' me for $172.10 (I got the 'free sample' of the Colon Cleanse product too)..I READ THE FINE PRINT METICULOUSLY and there was NOTHING there about a '14 day trial period after which the so-called FREE BOTTLES would cost me $83.95 each", yet they CLAIM this is what I agree to and even sent me a copy of the 'so called Terms/Conditions" that they said I agreed to. I NEVER saw this page; it is a total crock of S--T as you said...

They refused to refund me ANYTHING and had the NERVE to send this page claiming that I agreed to it:

I SWEAR this form was NEVER shown to me when filling out my credit card info! AND, notice the WORDING ...it is TOTALLY fraudulent...it says, and I quote:
"You will have 14 full days from today to evaluate and decide if you wish to keep the remaining 30 day supply and continue receiving Acai Berry Breeze. If you enjoy Acai Berry Breeze, simply do nothing. You will be billed the discounted price of only $83.95 at the end of your 14 day trial period for your initial supply. You will be billed $83.95 + $4.95 s&h again 30 days from today for your supply to be refurnished."

PLEASE NOTE that is says you are receiving a FREE trial, but THEN you have to pay THE FULL PRICE FOR THAT so called "FREE" bottle of 83.95 (which they CLAIM is a DISCOUNTED price, but the NEXT months supply costs that same amount...guess they think we are not only stupid but BLIND too?).

Anyway, this alone is enough to constitute fraud (claiming it's a 'free 14 day supply' but then charging you for the full amount...at the MOST they should only charge HALF of 83.95 for that first bottle. These people are liars, cheats, and scammers.

Contact the Better Business B. of your state and then the Attorney General. People order their product--they should further scam them and if it was a good product then people would continue to use it and pay for it. The consumers have to put these companies out of business. I saw something like this product at my local health food store for cheaper and I believe it would be better for me then to order something by mail that I don't really know what is in it.

Acai Berry Refund Denied

I requested a free trial of Acai Berry Maimum. I was not aware that I had to return the free trial bottle in 15 days or my debit card would be charged. When I noticed the charge on my account and contacted the company. They refused to refund my money and they already had billed my account for a second bottle that had not even arrived. The letter I received said that I had 30 days to try the trial size. It also stated that "There is NO RISK! We only bill you when and only when you decide to keep your trial bottle." I believe this company falsely advertised its product.

Upon ordering, you agree to pay $1 plus $5.95 shipping and handling for the trial kit as well as agree to enrollment in the Lifestyle Program. If you are enjoying the product do nothing and at the end of your trial date you will be charged the low rate of $48.99 for the product you received. Approximately 25 days from your trial purchase date and every 25 days thereafter you will be sent another fresh 1 month supply of ACAI BERRY MAXIMUM (1 bottle) and your credit card on file will be billed the Lifestyle Program Member's Discount rate price of just $49.99 per bottle plus $5.95 shipping and handling for a total of $55.94. That is a savings of over 50% the regular price of a 1 month supply of ACAI BERRY MAXIMUM.

Why don't you people read this stuff, when you AGREE to it when you order it?

I just got off the phone with Acaiberry Maximum and it was the same scenario, this is a SHAM. I should have known when my credit card company called from the Fraud Dept of two charges from Acaiberry one week apart. I feel violated and feel the need to cancel my credit card because I am worried about this company charging me again or selling my number to someone else. This Company mispresents it offer and should be advoided at all costs!

Acai Berry They took money from my credit card account

I order a free trial of acaiberry detox and colon clean and in order to receive it i had to pay a postal fee with my credit card. Since then i have received more products which were charged to my credit card without my authorization. A total of 650 euros were charged to my card and i received 4 boxes of 60 capsuls. This is a huge scam, i have tried to mail them on the email address put on the boxes but my mails were not delivered. I had to stop my credit card in order to stop them from charging me more money. I want my money back and need some advise in order to persue them.

I order acaiberry detox and colon cleans on same site for a free trial bottle. My order was placed on Oct. 5th and it was recieved on Oct. 13th on Oct. 23rd I tried to call and cancell and was left on hold about ten minutes before I hung up. Then I tried again later that day with same results. Sat. sat on hold 15 min. then again for 20 min. I finally got thru on mon. Oct. 26th and they said it was to late to cancel the product and was already debited from my account 76.45 and 86.26 for each bottle I filed a claim with my bank and am still waiting to hear. They are refusing to give refund stating that free trail bottles were only free from time of order not time recieved even though they have on record which day I received their product. Then the fact that you have to wait on hold hoping someone will come on line that you can talk to. I am learning expensive lesson about ordering on line products and scams.

Acai Berry Overcharging

On 9th December I placed an order for a free trial of Absolute AciBerry and Effective Cleanse Antioxidant the add on the website stasted that all I had to pay was postage. I received confirmation of my order via email which stated that I would be charged a total of AU $11.10. On the 29th December 2 charges appeared on my credit card of AU $139.27, this was a total of AU$278.54. So far I have only received the Acai Berry. When I attempted to contact the company on the number provided on the invoice and emails, the number is no longer in use. I now have to cancel my credit card to stop further charges. How do n I go about getting my money back?

Acai Berry Charged again for products cancelled 6 months ago

Early in 2009, I ordered some of these products and gave my checking information. What a mistake. I cancelled the products many times and had no success in actually getting the orders cancelled until I found this website. In Mid December, without any request from me, this company shipped all of these products, again, and charged my account, again. And because of that, I have had overdraft charges applied to my account.

Do you have an email address that I may contact this company in writing?

Acai Berry Refused to refund product

The company took my order and began the trial period at the time of the order. By the time the product arrived, the trial period was over...therefore my credit card was charged. I called to ask for my membership to be cancelled. The agent informed me that I would not be charded. I was of course. I asked if I should return the product, she said no, so I did not. When I received my credit card statement, I saw the charge. When I called, I was informed that my cancellation was after the trial period at that I should have returned the product within the 30 days to have received a refund, This is a scam. Please do not let anyone else fall for this.

i hope you blocked your credit card and got a new #.. you can dispute with your credit card.. if this was a debit card, block it as well and dispute.. most of those charges are recurring

Acai Berry Billed for Free Trial before receiving product

I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry Select on Dec 5. On Dec 18 I received the product which was not what I was interested. However, when I called the company on Dec 21, I was told that the 14 trial period was over and that I would be billed 119.00 for the opportunity to order this product for free in the future. (Only pay for future shipping and handling).

I indicted that I only received the trial product two days ago and the CSA told be the 14 day period starts from the order date. It seems that if it takes almost 2 weeks to get the product the consumer is never given a chance to decline the trial offer before it expires and they are subsequently billed.

What a rip off, no recourse except contact VISA and attempt to cancel the sale.

I agree whole heartedly to what this guy is saying! I live in Scotland and ordered slimming tabs online, paid everything in full...I thought! But every month there is money coming off my account! Not big amounts but they are all adding up and my husband is not amused! I phoned up and cancelled my order as they automatically send you more even if you have asked or not. Some of the Company names you have listed are on my account...how can i stop this?

I also want to stop all the prélévements made on my bank account. The first 3 products were sent back to you by French post
I thus want that you pay off to me 6 prélévements already made on my account.
In parallel, I pass on the whole file towards my legal support service.
You will find as attachments copy of invoices, copy of the certificate of the dismissal of products by French post and copy of already made prélévements .

Acai Berry NOT Free .. NO Refund .. Credit Card Charged

LB Envision Net Worldwide Ltd.. website was advertising FREE bottle of Colon cleanse and FREE bottle of acai berry to be used in conjunction for weight loss. The free trial was for 15 days at a charge of 99 cents each bottle. The webpage advertises that in Canada you will receive your FREE trial within 3 to 5 days. In 10 days the Colon cleanse was received in my mailbox. The Acai berry caplets were never received (these two products were advertised to be used TOGETHER in order to get results). Twenty-two days after I had placed this order online, my Mastercard was debited a total of $258.82. As I had not received the Acai berry caplets, I phoned the company but could not get through to any of the numbers I had (they were either fax machines or voice recording). At this point I involved Mastercard (this was exactly 23 days after placing the order online). Due to the time difference In Englad (I live in Ontario, Canada), it was the next day (24 days after placing my order online) that I finally spoke with a very curt representative of LB Envision Net Worldwide Ltd. (the billing names under Goodlife and Live Long). Please note that their TERMS AND CONDITIONS state that you will not be refunded for the trial bottles and must cancel any orders with 15 days of your order for the trial bottles OR 30 days after your first order; if you are not satisfied. The representative told me that the first charges to my credit card (99 cents x 2) was for the SHIPPING only of the FREE product. The charge of $258.82 which was charged 17 days later WAS NOT my first order but a charge for the original two FREE bottles (again, I have never received the Acai caplets). I argued that I was fine with the two debits of 99 cents each but I wanted to cancel my order and be reimbursed for the $258.82. Again the respresentative said that this debit was for my FREE caplets and I should have called to cancel in 15 days. As I argued that there can be no 'trial' if you do not receive the product, the representative said to just be patient that it would arrive sometime in the future (the webpage advertise that in Canada you will have the two products in 3 to 5 work days). I pointed out that you cannot TRY something for 15 days which you have never received! By the way, on the actual website http://www.danicasweightloss.com/?p=dm, it is advertised that you have a 30 day trial period. This website also says that you have a 30 day full 'money back' guarantee (but their TERMS AND CONDITIONS policy says 15 days). REMEMBER, the Terms and Conditions also states the first order would be billed/shipped after 15 days from your original free trial order. This charge of $258.82 on my credit card coincides with the 'first order' dates EXACTLY. As I argued this and read to the representative right from their Terms and Conditions, that I had 30 days from my first ORDER being billed/shipped to ask for a refund, he said too bad, he would cancel any further orders and that $258.82 charge was for my FREE bottles would not be reimbursed, that he had talked with me long enough and promptly hung up on me. Thankfully, I wisely made this 'conference call' to LB Envision Net Worldwide Ltd. through Mastercard as I was afraid of more charges being placed on my bill (LB Envision Net Worldwide Ltd. do not have an e-mail address so one can follow-up in writing that I am cancelling). With my Mastercard witness on the line with me, Mastercard assured me there would be no more charges. The bottom line, I will NOT be reimbursed for the so-called FREE product. PLEASE FOLKS ... BEWARE! Read all of the Terms and Condtions BEFORE ordering. This is a very sneaky, misleading company. I buy so many things on the internet and feel I am pretty savvy but this was a very expensive lesson I learned today. Hopefully I can save someone else from the same mistake I made.

I participated in an offer to get Life Cleanse and Acai Barry delivered to my door for only a shipping charge of $3.95 each.(Total $7.90)
I waited several weeks since it is common knowledge that international shipments may take longer to arrive.I received my Satement to find $536.10 had been applied to my account.(NOT $7.90 as it sated on the AD)
I then try to contact V1V3 who at that time was the known supplier .Friday, September/2009.They explained that I had a 15 day trial period and had to cancel or it would roll into a monthy contract and I would be billed accordingly.I stated I had not received anything at all yet to try and have not had my 15 day trial period as it indicated .She proceeded to tell me that they had not received my cancellation notice therefore it has been put into a monthly charge.I asked why am I being charged double since there are two charges for each product totalling $536.10?She said she would look into it and my account has now been cancelled so I would not incur any more charges from them.She then asked me to call in a couple days to follow up on the situation.Friday, September., 2009 I did the follow up call and was provided a cancellation number for both products.The representative said I will receive a credit apllied to the Mastercard provided.Wdenesday, December 9, 2009 I spoke with a representative (Gloria Park) explaining I have yet to receive any refund.Was asked to call back in a couple of days.I called a cxouple of days later and spoke to a Maria9:22ET.I explained everything and was put on hold at 9:24 E.T. At 9:25 the line hung up?Called back at 9:26ET and Laura listened to the detailed desciption of the events leading to this point and she told me she has now put in a request to have this investigated.I was to call back in a couple of days .I did the follow up call only to be run around even more and more each time.They tried to tell me there was a problem with my account receiving a refund.That I should speak to my service provider.I spoke to a rep at Mastercard and she stated "why would we stop a refund back to an account/"She then suggested that the funds might have been sent to an incorrect account.I called V1V3 or Trading Post and asked them if they have the correct info.The representative stated that the funds would be applied to the account on file.(Since they took the money from the correct account they should be able to return it to the correct account).I have been trying for a couple of years now to get my money back but all web sites are no longer current and the phone numbers I have are no longer in service.What a surprise!
My husband and I will no longer purchase anything from the UNITED KINGDOM.
I have kept all emails frfom them stating that the orders were confirmed that I would be receiving refunds, etc.
It's appauling that they can get away with this and to learn it has happened to so many others sickens me.
You would assume that the UK Government would have more control over this kind of conduct and that we would have more protection from this.
I WILL NO LONGER BUY ANYTHING THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH AN INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY FROM UNITED KINGDOM

Acai Berry charges to my cc

I ordered acai berry online in oct 2009 for 5.99 for a free 15 day trial. it took over 2 weeks for the product to arrive. I used it for nearly 2 weeks and didn't loose a pound from it. I noticed 24.99 was charged on my cc, so I called to cancel the product and inquire about the 24.99 charge from grapevine mass. They said it was for live lean which is their website to loose weight. I never used the website and told them that but they refused to refund the 24.99, so I returned the unused product and told them I didn't loose any weight. They seem unsympathetic and insisted they had a great product despite the fact it didn't work for me.

Compre esas pastillas, supuestamente una prueba de 30 dias, ahora recibo en mi tarjeta de credito cargos, de tratamientos que no pedi, y que ni siquiera me llegaron, lo unico que me queda hacer es cancelar la tarjeta de credito, en el numero de telefono que ponen para informacion me dice que no existe, nadie se ha hecho responsable o al menos para quejas.

I ordered a trial offer for $3.95 on the 24th of march 2009. I just recieved it in the mail and they have already charged my credit card for $87.13.How can it be a trial if you are unable to use it and see how it works before they are allowed to take money from you.This is false advertisement.

I am an ex Local Billing Limited employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com, www.absoluteacaiberry.com and another sites with these fake diet products (colon cleanser, acai berry, resveratrol). They are operating using various companies: Viv3Labs for Europe, FMW Laboratories for US And, lately, to avoid the problems caused by the scam using Viv3Labs, they are using Trading Planet Ltd for Europe and Information Tech Systems LTd for US. Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe. Lately, they are using some companies opened to process credit cards for the porn industry (LB Pride Studios, LB Envision Net Worldwide, etc.- all of them are Local Billing Companies – LB stats for LB).
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills and nutraceuticals (in some cases more than 80€ /bottle), which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle.This business model is, basically, A SCAM.
The owners of those sites are Deepak Argwal (http://www.ccap.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=106:deepak-agarwal&catid=76:hot-topic, who, apart from this business –contactcenter, legal-, is running more than 2.000 Porn Sites –see DeeCash.com-), Clay Douglass (http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878).
It is easy to find them through the information that appears on the site registration of www.acaiberryexclusive.com.
Now, they discovered this hole on their ability to remain hidden and are registering the new sites using a Marketing company located in the US, Moniker OnLine Services

Acai Berry misappropriation of funds

I ordered 2 supplements that I believed to be free samples. After over 2 weeks I received 1 of them and was charged an additional $12.00 in duty. A week later I noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card of $130.93 x 2. I contacted the bank and cancelled my credit card and proceeded to contact the company that took the money. I still have not received the other "free" sample. I spoke with someone at the toll free number I found and was told that the money was non-refundable under the terms and conditions. What terms and conditions? I was told I had 15 days to cancel further shipments of the product after I ordered it. I do not recall reading that anywhere on the website and anyways, how sneaky is that when they don't even send your order in time for you to decide if you want more or not. I cannot in anyway afford to pay these crooks this money and I will not rest until I get my money back...

Sure wish I'd found this site BEFORE I fell for this scam. I followed a journalism link to the special "FREE TRIAL OFFER", and got scammed just like so many others commenting here. I'm actually worried about what I'm in for, having read some of these complaints a regarding additional charges & failure to cancel despite "cancelation confirmation #'s" & "return product RMA's". BUYER BEWARE - IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU'RE GOING TO GET HAD! We all really need to demand action from anyone who will listen and shut these scam artists & their rip-off businesses down

Acai Berry how to get all your money back

This really works, i found this posted on here and had to show all of you who had been scammed, You will recieve all of your money back.We have just succeeded in doing this.

I went to my bank...this is how I got my money back! I had to call all the places back, state that it was an unauthorized purchase and that my bank would place a charge back on their withdraw if they didn't create the refund themselves. Companies don't like for this to happen due to it causes the rate at which they are charged for their with draw draw from our accounts. The more charge backs a company has the higher the rate goes. The woman at the bank let me know this process takes two days max to happen not the 30-60 days they would tell me. I was ready for them. I soon started to see the deposits flying in my account.

Acai Berry Scam

I gave my credit card details to the above company, Global Wellbeing, thinking I was recieving a free trial of the acacai berry and clense vitimins. The company advertised the products as being free, the only thing needing to be paid for was the shipping, which was only about $5 in total. Today, the 19/11/2009, I found that I had been charged over $100 for these products. Im so mad about being charged this, I want to be fully refunded and want to also make sure no more money will be taken out of my account from this company.
