Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

OMG, I wish I would have checked out Acaiberry complaints prior to ordering. My account was just hit today for an unauthorized $87. It is 3 days before Christmas and I am the mother of 4 children. I really could have done without the scam on my account right now. I ordered a "$1.99" bottle of the product a couple of weeks ago and now I am paying the price.

I also was scammed and charged for a product that I never received a trial for. I guess I'm a bit luckier because I was only charged $79.95 but it was taken out of an account I rarely use or look at, and I was charged $105 in overdraft fees from my bank. This company should be put out of business and if there is ever a law suit filled against them I'd sure like to jump on board!

Hello Laique,

Thanks for your question concerning the lawsuit against Acai. Here is Dr. Oz’s statement:

"The companies that are using my name to hawk these products are duping the public. I do not endorse any of these products. By falsely presenting products as ‘scientifically proven’ and endorsed by well-known figures, these companies do a gross disservice to the public health and could even pose a danger to those who believe their false and unproven claims. I am taking this step in the interest of public safety. I feel compelled to stand up against these companies and their deceitful practices."

Please refrain from advertising the product Accai berry .
Its Hoax & Scam from the manufacturers.
I have tried that product for three(3) months & all isee is the difference is 3lbs which anybody can see that type of weight difference during a day time as well.
It is total Scam & I think that Stephanie is their paid advitiser.
They R scamming the consumers.
They charge extra $24.95 to price of the product.
They claim this charge as some kind of support group charges Etc which i never opt to.
When i ask for the refund they refused.
I am gonna contact my attorney & will go on the media to expose them.
I strongly suggest that you don't be their accomplice.
A very frustated customer who lost over $300. without any results.

Has anybody found a contact number or email? I was scammed. I was getting the 15 day tria, but apparently somewhere in the fine print it says you're accepting responsibility for a membership. I paid $3.97 for shipping. Two weeks later, I was charged $89.95. And now another month has past, and I have 2 charges for $133.67 and $133.79. The bank cant help me. Says I need to put in a cancelation. Please!? If someone has a contact number or email or fax number.. I really need it.

I am another ex Local Billing employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com, www.absoluteacaiberry.com and another sites with these fake diet products (colon cleanser, acai berry, resveratrol). They are operating using various companies: Viv3Labs for Europe, FMW Laboratories for US And, lately, to avoid the problems caused by the scam using Viv3Labs, they are using Trading Planet Ltd for Europe and Information Tech Systems LTd for US. Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe.
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills, which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle.
The owners of those sites are Deepak Argwal (http://www.ccap.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=106:deepak-agarwal&catid=76:hot-topic, apart from this business –contactcenter, legal-, he is running more than 2.000 Porn Sites –see DeeCash.com-), Clay Douglass (http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878) and their plan is to scam as much possible and, then, go for another product and do the same (SCAM).
It is easy to contact them through the information who appears on the site registration of www.acaiberryexclusive.com. Now, they discovered this hole on their ability to remain hidden and are registering the new sites using a Marketing company located in the US:
ACAIBERRYEXCLUSIVE.COM - Whois Information

Another evidence that Local Billing is behind those companies is consulting the impressun of the web pages (for example www.absoluteacaiberry.com, http://www.absoluteacaiberry.com/frontend/join/impressum/site/4349#utm_source=az&utm_medium=16935&utm_term=none&utm_content=Absolute+AcaiBerry) and seeing that is a Local Billing company behind them:
Impressum:
LB Pegasus Limited
29 Wordsworth Gardens
Dipton

Co Durham

LB states for Local Billing….
And also resveratrol product site, www.winedetox.com, the impressum of the page (http://www.winedetox.com/frontend/join/impressum/site/4347#utm_source=cx-es&utm_medium=31922&utm_term=resveratrol&utm_content=ResVmax) is the following:

Hosting for Local Billing and for the pills sites is held in the Netherlands, in a company called RedBee.
Also, they are using a company called Phytoscience, located in the same address than viv3, to make the handling and the postal distribution of the products. The manager of Phytoscience is called Chris Swanson and his email is chris@phytoscience.co.uk.
Other addresses of these scammers:

My husband got scammed! He placed an order for the Acuriburn for a $1.95 trial basis. They sent him a message via his phone to verify his phone number & I think thats what they thought was permission to send us all this crap. We have gotten three additional charges of $42.95 for some colon cleanser, Dazzle white-teeth whitening product that looks like it cost $5.00 and charge us $42.95. One other item that I have yet to received but have already gotten charge on my credit card.
I am so sorry to hear that you got scammed as well, but a helpful tip is to immediately cancel the card that you have now, and request that your card provider send you a new number or in cases where it was a debit charge you may have to set up a new account. I hope this information was helpful and good luck getting the charges reversed.

I ordered the trial bottle and was expecting to pay $3.99 and the next day a thirty day supply came in the mail. The trial was suppose to let you try it. Then my HSBC Credit Card was charged for 89.31. Then another bottle arrived and another charge for 89.31 on my charge card. I sent both bottles back in the mail to Fort Lauderdale, FL. I called the number for the acai berry numerous times and they put me on hold for the longest time every time I called. They said I would get a credit on my account which I never got. I also called HSBC and disputed both charges. HSBC told me they could't help me. I have my suspicions that HSBC owns this company because my card should have a $0 balance and it keeps getting higher.

What good is all of this? I have submitted complaints to the Florida BBB and to you, I am still being charged for items I have not ordered and nothing is being done. My next step is to contact the FBI regarding Internet fraud. ACAI Berry has told the BBB that they have refunded $177.00 to my credit card. My credit card company has no record of any such transaction, and I am still being sent the items I do not want and my card is still being charged.

I turned them into the Kansas Attorney General for consumer fraud and am sending samples of the pills to see what is in them. I was able to get in touch with all of them and cancel but today I received another bottle of vitamins that I didn't order. I had my credit card company cancel my old card and issue me a new one so they shouldn't be able to charge me and I just got off the phone with my credit card company to warn them that there may be a fraudulent charge coming on the destroyed card. I have also sent this additional information to The Kansas Attorney General.

My husband ordered the free trials back in July. He said there was no fine print specifying future charges or shipments. Our credit card company alerted us when charges started arising from a foreign country. We've been charged $79.95, $87.13, the original free trial fees, and now we have foreign transaction fees as well. I really thought our card number had been stolen by someone working at the company since we have not received any other shipments, nor did we authorize these charges. I just happened to notice that the charges were all from various supplement companies and decided to look into. That's when I found all these complaints. I'm shocked! We are extremely careful and frugal people that are careful not to fall for scams. This makes us all look like idiots! I'm furious. I found the company on the BBB website, but it looks like there are no complaints filed. Everyone go file complaints!

I was charged without my authority for AcaiBerry and Colon cleanse to my credit card. It thru my acct off by about $400.00 or more dollars. I called the 1866 they had on the bottle and told them I would return the rest of only one week of having them in my possession. The man clearly xplained to me that he would credit my acct back the full amount of both bottles. This was Tuesday when I spoke him. He left the customer ID of Ben IDHA-147. Nothing was done! I had posted another comment last night. And since then I had finally figured out how to cancel my account with that company. I went to their website...www.myordersupport.com. I didn't know my member log-on info, so I clicked on Lookup my account at the bottom of the member log-in box in the upper right of the page. That took me to another page to enter the last four digits of the credit card number, email address, order number, and zip code. I didn't know my order number, but I entered the rest of the info and clicked "Lookup". The website then emailed my log-on info to me...check your spam box...mine went to the spam box. I then used the log-on info and was able to get to my account and check it out. I then clicked on the cancel your account button on the left side of the page to cancel it. Then I went back to the main support page, and chatted with the person online...(CA-003) Raffa. They confirmed that my account had been cancelled right away, and that there should be no more charges to that account. But I did find out that I had cancelled a day too late. Another shipment was sent out today, and my account was charged just yesterday for that shipment. She did give me the info to send that shipment back to get my refund. Even though I was pissed off at the whole situation, she was very patient and courteous with me. I am hoping that this is done! I also hope that I have helped others having this very same problem. GOOD LUCK!

I just went thru H*** with these people charging my credit card $200.00 for a sample product that was .99cents. They basically told me not only did I have to ship the product back to them, and they only wanted to credit my account for $79.95. It's a load o crap just like this company. I was suppose to have 15 days to try their product. (Acai berry detox and their colon clense) People this is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. I have learned a vauable lesson here. Don't trust these people. And those of you who want to take a legal stand, can let me know. I even told the woman I was recording her telling me How I had to send everything back and still have to pay $120.00 for something I did not get until today, and that I would have nothing and that I still had to pay them for this and she said yes! And they need people to speak Engli[censored]hanks for all your help ACAI BERRY DETOX. Julie Carson
