ABSA Bank – mr francois alberts ignoring me

Mr Francois Alberts from your Bothaville branch, just ignore me for a couple of days days now, where he ask me to close our account (Balkin Hardware (Pty) Ltd. Acc no 790142462) asap.
So I did send him an email to close the account, as every day there is unnessary bank costs debited against my account.
He treats me like a dog by just ignoring me and never corresponded to me.
